There is provided an all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other. The girdle portion includes an integrated leg insertion portion extended by a predetermined length from a lower portion of the groin toward a knee, a lower zipper openably/closably provided from a navel region to a coccyx region of the hips in the middle of the leg insertion portion, thus solving physiological phenomena of excretion, and a pad having a predetermined length and width and provided on an inner surface of a lower zipper region in such a way as to be secured at a surface in a longitudinal direction thereof, thus preventing damage to the skin when a slider of the lower zipper is opened or closed.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is a continuation of International Application No. PCT/KR2012/002961 filed Apr. 18, 2012, which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates, in general, to an all-in-one underwear and, more particularly, to an all-in-one underwear for improving the shapeliness of the hips and thighs by elastically wrapping the hips and the thighs without separately wearing briefs, and allowing the upper arm to look slender by forming the biceps brachii region of an arm using a double power net fabric having remarkable elasticity and restoring force compared with a fabric for a shoulder region and an elbow region.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, underwear is clothing that is worn for the purpose of covering and protecting the main regions of the body and of keeping the body warm. Recently, there is being developed type of underwear that is improved in appearance by providing a refined design to the underwear using various materials and patterns.

Further, recently, research into a functional underwear referred to as a foundation, such as a girdle, a waist slimmer, or all-in-one underwear (body suit), is actively being conducted. The functional underwear provides a body shaping function as well as the good design to the underwear, thus offering comfort and giving a good appearance to a wearer when she puts on outer clothing.

The present invention pertains to an all-in-one underwear. All-in-one underwear may be classified according to the function each serves; i.e.: a type of further improving an abdomen pressing function, a hip-up function, a breast volume-up function, etc., and a type of adding a hygiene improving function or a health promoting function in addition to each of the above-mentioned functions. That is, an all-in-one type of ladies underwear is designed such that a corset is connected to a brassiere (bra). Generally, this is configured such that the brassiere and briefs are integrally formed on upper and lower portions of a trunk portion made of an elastic material.

Such an all-in-one type of ladies underwear is made of a spandex material having elasticity and thus is in close contact with the body, with the result that it can provide beautiful curves and correct a defective body region when a wearer puts on the underwear.

As the conventional all-in-one underwear, there has been proposed Korean Patent No. 10-0923504, which was filed by the same applicant as this invention and is entitled “all-in-one underwear”. The all-in-one underwear is configured such that fabric extending from a girdle portion and a waist slimming portion to the shoulder is seamlessly connected to a lower portion of a brassiere portion, thus supporting the breasts more voluminously and giving a wearer a sensation of carrying a backpack and thereby making a crooked back straight and providing a posture correction effect. Further, this underwear gives a three-dimensional effect to a hip region without using many patterns and seams, thus causing the hip region to have more volume and affording an improved aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, a back portion of the underwear is doubly formed of fabric which is very high in elasticity and restoring force, thus allowing the flesh of the armpit and the flesh around the armpit to be perfectly covered by the fabric of an armhole and rendering the fat of the back to move towards the breast and the hips while preventing the flesh from bulging out. A 4-snap button is put on a lower portion of the underwear, thus allowing the position of the button to be selected according to the thickness of a wearer's thighs and causing the underwear to be appropriately adjusted according to the dimension of the groin and then be comfortably worn.

However, consumers require an all-in-one underwear of more various functions. To this end, many efforts are made to develop a product for shaping a woman's body. However, the above-described patent No. 10-0923504 is problematic in that it is impossible to tighten a flabby upper-arm region or flabby thighs, so that the style of dressing is unattractive.

SUMMARY

Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the related art, and is intended to provide an all-in-one underwear, in which a girdle portion is integrally connected thereto, thus elastically wrapping the hips and the thighs without separately wearing briefs and thereby improving the shapeliness of the hips and thighs.

Further, the present invention serves to provide an all-in-one underwear, in which a sleeve made of power net fabric extends towards the elbow by a predetermined length while surrounding to be in close contact with a region outside an armhole, i.e. an upper arm made of power net fabric that extends from a girdle portion and a waist slimming portion to the shoulder and is very high in elasticity and restoring force.

Furthermore, the present invention is intended to provide an all-in-one underwear, in which, when an upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which the biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to the fabric for the shoulder and the elbow, thus making the upper arm look slim.

In an aspect, the present invention provides an all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other.

The girdle portion includes an integrated leg insertion portion extended by a predetermined length from a lower portion of the groin toward a knee; a lower zipper openably/closably provided from a navel region to a coccyx region of the hips in the middle of the leg insertion portion, thus solving physiological phenomena of excretion; and a pad having a predetermined length and width and provided on an inner surface of a lower zipper region in such a way as to be secured at a surface in a longitudinal direction thereof, thus preventing damage to the skin when a slider of the lower zipper is opened or closed.

The all-in-one underwear may further include a sleeve extending from an armhole to an upper arm by a predetermined length, the armhole being formed from the waist slimming portion through a shoulder to the brassiere portion, wherein the sleeve may be made of power net fabric having elasticity and restoring force in such a way as to extend from the shoulder to the elbow and to come into close contact with the upper arm, and the sleeve may be configured such that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to a fabric for the shoulder and the elbow.

Further, fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along the shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, may seamlessly extend along the back side of the waist slimming portion and may be sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

Further, a hip portion of the girdle portion may be sewn by only one piece of fabric, i.e. outer fabric having elasticity and restoring force, and the outer fabric forming the hip portion and having the elasticity and the restoring force may be composed of a pair of left and right sides, and a pattern of the hip portion may be made to be gathered, so that the hip portion may be formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide a three-dimensional effect.

In another aspect, the present invention provides an all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other, and a sleeve extending from fabric, which extends from the girdle portion through the waist slimming portion to a shoulder, to an upper arm by a predetermined length.

The sleeve may be made of power net fabric having elasticity and restoring force in such a way as to extend from the shoulder to an elbow and to come into close contact with the upper arm, and the sleeve may be configured such that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which biceps brachii of the arm are located may be made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to a fabric for the shoulder and the elbow.

Here, fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along the shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, may seamlessly extend along the back side of the waist slimming portion and may be sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

Further, a hip portion of the girdle portion may be sewn by only one piece of fabric, i.e. outer fabric having elasticity and restoring force, and the outer fabric forming the hip portion and having elasticity and the restoring force may be composed of a pair of left and right sides, and a pattern of the hip portion may be made to be gathered, so that the hip portion may be formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide a three-dimensional effect.

In a further aspect, the present invention provides an all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other.

Fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along a shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, may seamlessly extend along the back side of the waist slimming portion and may be sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

As described above, the all-in-one underwear according to the present invention is advantageous in that the girdle portion is integrally connected thereto, thus elastically wrapping the hips and the thighs without separately wearing briefs and thereby improving the shapeliness of the hips and thighs, and in that it is provided with the lower zipper, thus allowing physiological phenomena of excretion to be easily solved, and the pad is provided inside the lower zipper, thus ensuring easy wearing.

Further, the all-in-one underwear according to the present invention is advantageous in that the sleeve made of power net fabric extends towards the elbow by a predetermined length while surrounding to be in close contact with the region outside the armhole, i.e. an upper arm made of power net fabric that extends from a girdle portion and waist slimming portion to the shoulder and is very high in elasticity and restoring force thus being capable of elastically wrapping the upper arm.

Furthermore, the all-in-one underwear according to the present invention is advantageous in that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, the middle portion at which the biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of the double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to the fabric for the shoulder and the elbow, thus making the upper arm look slim.

 DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an all-in-one underwear according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view illustrating a state in which a lower zipper of FIG. 1 is open.

Like reference numerals designate like elements throughout the specification. In the following description, if it is decided that the detailed description of known function or configuration related to the invention makes the subject matter of the invention unclear, the detailed description is omitted.

The all-in-one underwear 1000 of the present invention is configured such that a brassiere portion 1100, a waist slimming portion 1200 and a girdle portion 1300 are integrated with each other. A front side of the waist slimming portion 1200 is longitudinally cut along a central line thereof to a predetermined length, thus forming a cut portion 1220. An upper zipper 1230 is sewn by backstitch to open and close the cut portion 1220.

Of course, according to the embodiment of this invention, the upper zipper 1230 is installed at an inner position. That is, the upper zipper 1230 uses a conceal zipper to provide a good aesthetic appearance. However, it is possible to use other general zippers.

Here, fabric extending from a back side of the waist slimming portion 1200 to the brassiere portion 1100 is sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion 1100 and an upper portion of the front side of the waist slimming portion 1200 while seamlessly surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion 1100.

To be more specific, the fabric extending from an upper portion of the back side of the waist slimming portion 1200 to the brassiere portion 1100 is sewn to the lower portion of the brassiere portion 1100 and the upper portion of the front side of the waist slimming portion 1200 while seamlessly surrounding a lower portion of an outer side of the brassiere portion 1100.

Thus, the fabric extending from the girdle portion 1300 and the waist slimming portion 1200 to the shoulder is seamlessly connected to the lower portion of the brassiere portion 1100, thus pulling the brassiere portion 1100 upwards by the high elasticity and restoring force of the fabric, more voluminously supporting the breast up, and giving a wearer a sensation of carrying a backpack, and thereby making a crooked back straight and providing a posture correction effect.

That is, two pieces of fabric having very high elasticity and restoring force, namely, power net fabric are configured to surround the entire back side and the lower portion of the outer side of the brassiere portion 1100, thus allowing the flesh of the armpit and the back to be perfectly surrounded by an outer piece of fabric and an inner piece of fabric, which have an armhole 1230 formed along the shoulder portion and the armpit portion and have high elasticity and restoring force, thus preventing the flesh from being bulged out through the armpit and pressing the flesh to move the fat towards the breast, therefore enabling a wearer putting on the all-in-one underwear to have confidence in her figure.

The main configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the girdle portion 1300 is integrally connected to a leg insertion portion 1500 in such a way as to extend from the lower portion of the groin towards the knee by a predetermined length. The leg insertion portion is equipped with a lower zipper 1510 which extends from the navel region to the coccyx region of the hips in such a way as to be open or closed, thus solving the physiological phenomena of excretion. A pad 1520 having a predetermined length and width is provided on an inner surface of the leg insertion portion equipped with the lower zipper, and is secured at a longitudinal surface thereof so as to prevent damage to the skin when a slider of the lower zipper 1510 is opened or closed.

Thus, the girdle portion 1300 is integrally connected to elastically wrap the hips and the thighs without separately wearing briefs, thus making the figure of the hips and thighs beautiful, making it easy to solve the physiological phenomena of excretion due to the lower zipper 1510 and allowing the all-in-one underwear to be easily worn due to the pad 1520 provided on the inner surface of the lower zipper.

Further, the inner fabric of the girdle portion 1300 is eliminated at the hip portion, whereas the outer fabric of the girdle portion 1300 is sewn with the hip portion maintained. That is, the hip portion of the girdle portion 1300 is made by only one piece of fabric, i.e. the outer fabric. The outer fabric having the hip portion 1310 is composed of a pair of left and right sides. When the pattern of the hip portion 1310 is manufactured, a portion at which the pattern of the hip portion is connected to the spine is cut by scissors and then is opened, so that an allowance is provided to the pattern of the hip portion and it is three-dimensionally remanufactured. Thereby, the fabric of the hip portion is cut to receive the hip region while creating a voluminous appearance, so that the hip portion 1310 is sewn along a spinal line in such a way as to be gathered along with a rubber band.

That is, the outer fabric having the hip portion 1310 is composed of the pair of left and right sides, and the pattern of the hip portion is made to be gathered, so that the all-in-one underwear is formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide the three-dimensional effect.

Thus, the hip portion 1310 of the girdle portion 1300 provides the three-dimensional effect using a pair of pieces of fabric for the hip portion 1310 without many patterns and seams, thus creating a voluminous appearance and surrounding and supporting the hips with little sewn portions when the all-in-one underwear is worn, thereby affording comfortableness and an aesthetic appearance.

Further, the all-in-one underwear 1000 of the present invention is configured such that, among the entire back side forming the waist slimming portion 1200 and the girdle portion 1300, only the hip portion 1310 and a back-side central portion 1210 of the waist slimming portion 1200 are made of one piece of power net fabric and other portions are made of two pieces of power net fabric having very high elasticity and restoring force.

Therefore, the portion made of the two pieces of power net fabric having very high elasticity and restoring force surrounds the entire back side and even the lower portion of the brassiere portion 1100, thus allowing the outer fabric and the inner fabric having high elasticity and restoring force to perfectly surround the above-described portions, thereby preventing the flesh from being bulged out through the armpit while pressing the flesh to move the fat towards the breast, and moving the fat of the back to be moved to the hip region and the breast region by the outer fabric and the inner fabric having high elasticity and restoring force, therefore enabling a wearer to have confidence in her back appearance.

Of course, the all-in-one underwear of the present invention may be configured such that a magnet is received in the waist slimming portion 1200 or the girdle portion 1300, thus improving blood circulation.

Another main feature of the present invention is as follows: the armhole 1230 made of fabric which extends from the girdle portion 1300 and the waist slimming portion 1200 to the shoulder is provided with a sleeve 1400 which extends to the upper arm by a predetermined length.

Therefore, the upper arm is pressed by the sleeve 1400 to tighten the flab of the upper arm, thus making the style of dressing good.

The sleeve 1400 is made of the power net fabric having very high elasticity and restoring force in such a way as to extend from the shoulder to the elbow and come into close contact with the upper arm. The sleeve 1400 is configured such that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which the biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to the fabric for the shoulder and the elbow. To this end, one piece of power net fabric 1410 is added.

Therefore, the region at which the biceps brachii of the arm are located can be more elastically pressed by the power net fabric 1410, thus causing the region at which the biceps brachii are located to look slim and thereby offering a good style of dressing.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims

1. An all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other,

wherein the girdle portion comprises:
an integrated leg insertion portion extended by a predetermined length from a lower portion of the groin toward a knee;
a lower zipper openably/closably provided from a navel region to a coccyx region of the hips in the middle of the leg insertion portion, thus solving physiological phenomena of excretion; and
a pad having a predetermined length and width and provided on an inner surface of a lower zipper region in such a way as to be secured at a surface in a longitudinal direction thereof, thus preventing damage to the skin when a slider of the lower zipper is opened or closed.

2. The all-in-one underwear according to claim 1, further comprising:

a sleeve extending from an armhole to an upper arm by a predetermined length, the armhole being formed from the waist slimming portion through a shoulder to the brassiere portion,
wherein the sleeve is made of power net fabric having elasticity and restoring force in such a way as to extend from the shoulder to the elbow and to come into close contact with the upper arm, and the sleeve is configured such that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to a fabric for the shoulder and the elbow.

The all-in-one underwear according to claim 1 or 2, wherein fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along the shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, seamlessly extends along the back side of the waist slimming portion and is sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

The all-in-one underwear according to claim 3, wherein a hip portion of the girdle portion is sewn by only one piece of fabric, i.e. outer fabric having elasticity and restoring force, and the outer fabric forming the hip portion and having the elasticity and the restoring force is composed of a pair of left and right sides, and a pattern of the hip portion is made to be gathered, so that the hip portion is formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide a three-dimensional effect.

5. An all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other, and a sleeve extending from fabric, which extends from the girdle portion through the waist slimming portion to a shoulder, to an upper arm by a predetermined length,

wherein the sleeve is made of power net fabric having elasticity and restoring force in such a way as to extend from the shoulder to an elbow and to come into close contact with the upper arm, and the sleeve is configured such that, when the upper arm from the shoulder to the elbow is divided into three portions, a middle portion at which biceps brachii of the arm are located is made of double power net fabric having high elasticity and restoring force as compared to a fabric for the shoulder and the elbow.

The all-in-one underwear according to claim 5, wherein fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along the shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, seamlessly extends along the back side of the waist slimming portion and is sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

The all-in-one underwear according to claim 6, wherein a hip portion of the girdle portion is sewn by only one piece of fabric, i.e. outer fabric having elasticity and restoring force, and the outer fabric forming the hip portion and having elasticity and the restoring force is composed of a pair of left and right sides, and a pattern of the hip portion is made to be gathered, so that the hip portion is formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide a three-dimensional effect.

8. An all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other,

wherein fabric, which is drawn out from a back side of the waist slimming portion and extends along a shoulder to be coupled to the brassiere portion and has high elasticity and restoring force, seamlessly extends along the back side of the waist slimming portion and is sewn to a lower portion of the brassiere portion and an upper portion of a front side of the waist slimming portion while surrounding the lower portion of the brassiere portion.

9. The all-in-one underwear according to claim 8, wherein a hip portion of the girdle portion is sewn by only one piece of fabric, i.e. outer fabric having elasticity and restoring force, and the outer fabric forming the hip portion and having the elasticity and the restoring force is composed of a pair of left and right sides, and a pattern of the hip portion is made to be gathered, so that the hip portion is formed in such a way as to be puffed up and provide a three-dimensional effect.
