    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming mutually parallel three-dimensional (3D) conductive channels coated with a conformal sacrificial layer, the 3D conductive channels coated with the conformal sacrificial layer being formed on a semiconductor substrate; depositing a dielectric material to fill spaces between the 3D conductive channels coated with the conformal sacrificial layer, wherein a portion or all of the deposited dielectric material is doped with boron, lithium, or beryllium; performing chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) to remove a top portion of the deposited dielectric material and to expose tops of the 3D conductive channels; and after the CMP, removing the conformal sacrificial layer coating the 3D conductive channels by etching to form 3D dielectric features spaced apart from the 3D conductive channels and comprising the deposited dielectric material.

    Abstract: A Class-D amplifier includes a loop filter circuit, a comparator circuitry, an output circuitry, and a common-mode control circuitry. The loop filter circuit generates first and second signals according to input and output signals and adjusts common-mode levels of the first and second signals according to a first common-mode signal. The comparator circuitry respectively compares a ramp signal with the first and second signals to generate pulse signals, and a common-mode level of the ramp signal is set based on a second common-mode signal. The output circuitry is powered by a power supply voltage to generate the output signals according to the pulse signals. The common-mode control circuitry performs an AC-coupling operation on the power supply voltage to generate a noise signal and generate one of the first and second common-mode signals according to the noise signal and another one of the first and second common-mode signals.

    Abstract: A digital load cell includes: a strain bridge including a Wheatstone bridge formed by connecting four resistive strain gauges and a temperature sensing resistance element connected in series to the Wheatstone bridge. An analog-to-digital conversion circuit excites the strain bridge, and includes a plurality of input channels and an output terminal. The input channels receive feedback signals from the strain bridge, and the output terminal outputs the feedback signals after analog-to-digital conversion. A signal processor includes a load force calculation unit and a state information matrix calculation unit. The load force calculation unit calculates a differential voltage and a compensation function based on the feedback signals obtained from the output terminal, and calculates a load force value based on the differential voltage and the compensation function. The digital load cell and related weighing system; can provide comprehensive and effective real-time health state monitoring for the digital load cell.
