  • Publication number: 20020129027
Abstract: A mobile decision support system for proactive decision support of an enterprise includes at least one server computer, at least one mobile communication device and at least one client system in operable communication over a network. The server computer includes a database. The client system may interface with the server computer and direct the configuration of hotspot information in the database. The hotspot information includes identification of a user, a response template and/or data. The mobile communication device may periodically request hotspot information from the server computer as a function of the user operating the mobile communication device. Based on the request, the hotspot information may be transmitted over the network to the mobile communication device. The user may generate a response to the hotspot information with the mobile communication device by selections within the response template.
