Patent number: 7987121Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating an accounting document. In one implementation, a computer-implemented method is provided. A message is received that includes operational data. An accounting notification is generated that includes the operational data using a first business object. The accounting notification is processed and the accounting document is generated using a second business object. The accounting document includes a number of posting lines corresponding to the operational data. The accounting document is processed and a set of third business objects is assigned to each posting line. The set of third business objects includes at least one general ledger account business object and a plurality of sub-ledger account business objects. One or more data processing tasks are delegated to the one of the third business objects that are assigned to the given posting line.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2006Date of Patent: July 26, 2011Assignee: SAP AGInventors: Michael Conrad, Christiane Cramer, Georg Dopf, Olaf Duevel, Stefan Gauger, Dirk Henrich, Michael Hohendorf, Franz-Joachim Hoeckenreiner, Markus Klein, Gerald Paetzold, Andreas Reccius, Harald Roedel, Kai-Michael Roesner, Joachim Welte

Patent number: 7870619Abstract: A potting training device for preventing a potty-training child's urine stream from passing through the opening formed between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl. The device is made of a flexible, water-resistant, preferably non-porous sheet material, having a folding seam separating a urine-deflecting surface and a plurality of attachment tabs. An adhesive material is applied to the surface of each attachment tab and attaches the attachment tabs to the underside of the toilet seat. The sheet material, in its unattached flat configuration, is manipulated into a curved configuration that matches the curvature of the toilet seat, and is attached thereto. The potty training device is also not visible to the observer unless the toilet seat is lifted up, in a vertical position or viewed from a position to the rear of the attachment point when the toilet seat is down.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2007Date of Patent: January 18, 2011Inventors: Joseph Michael Conrad, III, Kurt Gans Briscoe

Publication number: 20090192642Abstract: The operation of a test plant comprising a series of test rooms with a respective number of test beds requires management of a multiplicity of data, resources, people, processes, etc. Optimum operation of a test plant with as little unproductivity as possible is possible only when all of this information is networked together and optimum structures for the separation and management of a test plant are created. To this end, the invention now proposes splitting a test order into an order specimen and a process specimen, the two specimens being used to store different information. By linking an order specimen to a process specimen and the associated data and processes, it is a simple matter to generate a test process plan, and the handling of the test job can be controlled and monitored on the basis of the test process plan.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 26, 2007Publication date: July 30, 2009Inventors: Michael Conrad, Alexander Kurz

Patent number: 7430569Abstract: A method of replicating data objects from a source system to a target system consistent with the present invention is disclosed. The method creates an electronic data element including a first field having an identifier and a second field having a state of the identifier. The state of the identifier may be set to: a) a first state, in which said electronic data element may be accessed by one or more data object processing operations and whereby said identifier is assignable to one or more data objects, b) a second state, in which said electronic data element may not be accessed by one or more data object processing operations and whereby said identifier is assignable to one or more data objects, or c) a third state, in which said electronic data element may not be accessed by one or more data object processing operations and whereby said identifier is not assignable to one or more data objects.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2003Date of Patent: September 30, 2008Assignee: SAP AGInventors: Michael Conrad, Dirk Henrich

Publication number: 20080235454Abstract: A data processing system includes multiple processors each having multiple processor cores. A core checkstop from a particular processor core indicates that a memory array associated with the particular core exhibits an error. In response to the core checkstop, the system migrates the workload of the particular processor core to another processor core. The system also removes the particular processor core from the current configuration of the system. In response to the core checkstop and error, the system initializes the particular processor core if the error is in a processor memory array associated with the particular core. The system then attempts correction of the error with array built-in self test (ABIST) circuitry. If the ABIST succeeds in correcting the error, the initialization of the particular processor core completes and the system returns the particular processor core to the current processor configuration.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2007Publication date: September 25, 2008Applicant: IBM CorporationInventors: Michael Conrad Duron, Mark David McLaughlin

Patent number: 6239962Abstract: An arc fault circuit breaker assembled such that electrical interconnections, i.e., electrical connections between compartments, are made without disassembling any previously assembled compartment. The arc fault circuit breaker comprises housings having compartments within. Electrically connected components having interconnecting components, i.e., components which provide electrical interconnections between compartments, are disposed within the compartments. The housings are assembled together to enclose the compartments. Interconnecting components within an enclosed compartment extend through openings in the housings to provide electrical interconnections to the next compartment to be assembled. Therefore, no disassembly of the enclosed compartment is necessary to make the interconnections.Type: GrantFiled: February 9, 1999Date of Patent: May 29, 2001Assignee: General Electric CompanyInventors: Raymond Kelsey Seymour, Murali Magham, Fredic W.
