  • Publication number: 20250126698
Abstract: An EUV collector for an EUV projection exposure apparatus transfers usable EUV light emerging from a source volume into a collection volume separated from the source volume. The source volume has a first source extension along a connection axis between a center of the source volume and a center of the collection volume. The source volume has a second, cross section source extension along a cross section axis perpendicular to the connection axis. The EUV collector images the source volume into the collection volume. The imaging has a first imaging scale along the connection axis and a second imaging scale along the cross section axis. The first imaging scale differs from the second imaging scale by at least 10%.

  • Publication number: 20250104527
Abstract: A game session includes a plurality of wagering games by a player at a gaming device. For each wagering game of the plurality of wagering games, a determination that the game result for the wagering game include a first game symbol causes a first bonus game award counter value at the gaming device to increase by a first predetermined counter value. Based on a first bonus game trigger event, a first bonus game is initiated at the gaming device. A first plurality of bonus game awards corresponding to the first bonus game award counter value is awarded, wherein a first subset of the first plurality of bonus game prizes modifies a second subset of the first plurality of bonus game awards. A first total bonus game award based on the first plurality of bonus game awards is awarded to the first player.

  • Publication number: 20250085380
Abstract: A process to partition a video feed to segment live player activity includes receiving, on a first recurring basis, a transmission of a central video feed from a first camera. The central video feed is calibrated against a spatial region represented in at least two dimensions that is encompassed by the central video feed. The process includes receiving, on a second recurring basis, a respective time-stamped position information from each tracking device in a plurality of tracking devices. Each tracking device is worn by a corresponding subject on the spatial region and transmits positional information that describes a time-stamped position of the corresponding subject in the spatial region. The process uses the received information and the calibration to define a first sub-view of the central video feed associated with a first subject. The first sub-view comprises a corresponding sub-frame associated with the first subject.

  • Publication number: 20250077932
Abstract: A quantum element (QE) at a network node stores a first quantum state constituent (QSC) of an entangled quantum state characterized by a non-factorable quantum relationship among QSCs comprising the first QSC and a second QSC stored at another QE at another network node. Managing one or more quantum error management (QEM) operations includes: (1) providing a schedule for the QEM operations that is based at least in part on at least a portion of a time over which the first QSC is stored at the first QE and an estimated fidelity of the entangled quantum state after at least one of the QEM operations, or (2) providing a type of one or more QEM operations selected from two or more different types based at least in part on a number of resource quantum elements available at the first node after the first QSC is stored at the first QE.

  • Publication number: 20250070490
Abstract: Described herein are circuit assemblies comprising flexible interconnect circuits and/or other components connected to these circuits. In some examples, conductive elements of different circuits are connected with support structures, such as rivets. Furthermore, conductive elements of the same circuit can be interconnected. In some examples, a conductive element of a circuit is connected to a printed circuit board (or other devices) using a conductor joining structure. Interconnecting different circuits involves stacking these circuits such that the conductive element in one circuit overlaps with the conductive element in another circuit. A support structure protrudes through both conductive elements and any other components positioned in between, such as dielectric and/or adhesive layers. This structure electrically connects the conductive elements and also compresses the conductive elements toward each other. For example, a rivet is used with the rivet heads contacting one or two conductive elements, e.g.
