  • Publication number: 20060114933
Abstract: A method of transporting an IP packet (136) from a receiving RapidIO node (102) over a RapidIO network (112) to a destination RapidIO node (104) includes the RapidIO domain receiving the IP packet and reading a destination IP address (273) of the IP packet, where the destination IP address corresponds to the destination RapidIO node. The receiving RapidIO node creates at least one RapidIO packet (135) and maps the destination IP address of the IP packet to a destination node ID (283) of the at least one RapidIO packet The destination node ID is placed into a RapidIO header (280) of the at least one RapidIO packet and at least a portion of the IP packet is encapsulated in the at least one RapidIO packet. The at least one RapidIO packet is communicated to the destination RapidIO node over the RapidIO network.

  • Patent number: 7039496
Abstract: Systems and Methods for electronically capturing a destination address of a package and using the destination address to automate a package pre-load operation. Compressing the destination address as a compressed Maxicode symbol. Generating a shipping label with a compressed Maxicode and a pre-load assist system for generating package handling instructions from the electronically captured destination address.

  • Publication number: 20060021474
Abstract: A double-headed striking tool is provided with a first and second head of approximately equal mass mounted at opposing ends of a handle such that the first and second head are aligned at a right angle to each other. The handle is shaped to provide an aligned grip with an expanded or flared midsection that tapers to a smaller cross-sectional area at the opposing ends. The first and second head may be formed with a crown or bevelled strike face and a curved or straight claw. A carrier for a double-headed striking tool comprises a keyhole-shaped receptacle for inserting the strike face of the tool, and suspending the tool by its neck.

  • Publication number: 20020135802
Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for electronically-capturing a destination address of a package and for using the destination address to automate a package pre-load operation. An embodiment of the invention includes a compression system for compressing the destination address as a compressed MaxiCode symbol, a smart shipping label system for generating a shipping label with a compressed MaxiCode and a pre-load assist system for generating package handling instructions from the electronically-captured destination address.

  • Patent number: 6340424
Abstract: An integrated compressor disk and compressor blade (BLISK) having a specified shape is prepared by an electrochemical machining process having a cathode defined by a set of cathode shape parameters. A trial BLISK is prepared using a cathode defined by a set of trial shape parameters, and a set of deviations of the trial shape from the specified shape at a plurality of surface grid points on a surface of the trial article is measured. A set of revised cathode shape parameters is determined using at least one reshaping routine specific to the BLISK. A reshaped article is prepared using the electrochemical machining process and a reshaped cathode defined by the revised cathode shape parameters.

  • Patent number: 5996659
Abstract: A matched pair of two rotatable cutting tools (bits) is adapted to be individually chucked into a common router. Each of these two cutting tools includes a shaft with a removable nut, two or three cutters, one or two bearings, and suitable shims. A first bit has cutters shaped to remove material from the edge of a planar wooden article such as plywood that requires a finished appearance, to form a preferably rounded concave dado in the plywood edge. A second bit has cutters shaped to form a mating wood insert having a preferably rounded convex shape that matches the contour of the concave dado in the plywood edge. The mating wood insert is glued into the dado in the plywood to complete the finished edging.
