In general, a pump includes a flexible reservoir configured to contain a liquid drug therein for delivery to a patient wearing the pump. The reservoir is configured to be filled with the drug from a drug storage container, which can either be external to the pump or disposed within the pump.

Abstract: A grip accessory for a manual injection device comprises a housing having a generally hollow body for supporting a manual injection device therein. The housing comprises a distal portion comprising a first opening into which a manual injection device can be inserted, a proximal portion comprising a second opening through which a needle of the manual injection device is extendable, the proximal portion comprising a skin contacting surface at a proximal end of the device. An intermediate portion extends between the proximal and distal portions and guide means is provided on an interior surface of the distal portion for guiding a plunger rod of an injection device during delivery of an injection.

Abstract: A cap for an injection device includes a removable needle boot for covering a needle of a syringe within the injection device. The cap comprises a cap body and a first boot engagement portion. The first boot engagement portion is movable relative to the cap body and comprises a first pinch portion. The first pinch portion is configured such that application of compressive force to the first pinch portion effects engagement of the first boot engagement portion with the needle boot for removal of the needle boot with the cap as it is removed from the injection device.

Abstract: The present invention provides devices and methods for treating depression in a patient, comprising administering to the patient in need of the treatment a therapeutically effective amount of esketamine. In some embodiments, the depression is major depressive disorder or treatment resistant depression. In other embodiments, the therapeutically effective amount is clinically proven safe and/or effective. Also provided are methods to mitigate the risk or misuse or abuse of esketamine, instructions for use of the esketamine product, and methods for selling a drug product containing esketamine.
