Abstract: A grip accessory for a manual injection device comprises a housing comprising a generally hollow body configured to support a manual injection device therein. The housing comprises a distal portion comprising a first opening into which a manual injection device can be inserted, a proximal portion having a second opening through which the needle of the manual injection device extends. The proximal portion comprises a skin contacting surface at a proximal end of the device that can be placed against an injection site. An intermediate portion extends between the proximal and distal portions.

Abstract: The present invention provides devices and methods for treating depression in a patient, comprising administering to the patient in need of the treatment a therapeutically effective amount of esketamine. In some embodiments, the depression is major depressive disorder or treatment resistant depression. In other embodiments, the therapeutically effective amount is clinically proven safe and/or effective. Also provided are methods to mitigate the risk or misuse or abuse of esketamine, instructions for use of the esketamine product, and methods for selling a drug product containing esketamine.

Abstract: A packaging system is provided for securely and irreversibly holding a sterile product. The packaging system includes a primary packaging holder and a secondary packaging holder. The secondary packaging holder has a body made up of a top having a receiving portion configured to receive the primary packaging holder, a base having a plurality of apertures and a first and second planar wall extending from opposing ends of the base in parallel to opposing ends of the top. The secondary packaging holder also has a first and second plate configured to secure opposing ends of an opening though the body. The first plate comprises a first securing feature, and the second plate comprises a second securing feature. The first and second securing features are capable of jointly securing and irreversibly holding the primary packaging holder in the secondary packaging holder.
