Patent number: 12619784Abstract: A compromised data exchange system extracts data from websites using a crawler, detects portions within the extracted data that resemble personally identifying information (PII) data based on PII data patterns using a risk assessment module, and compares a detected portion to data within a database of disassociated compromised PII data to determine a match using the risk assessment module. A risk score may be assigned to a data item within the database in response to determining the match. In some embodiments, URL data may also be detected in the extracted data. The detected URL data represents further websites that can be automatically crawled by the system to detect further PII data.Type: GrantFiled: April 17, 2023Date of Patent: May 5, 2026Assignee: Early Warning Services, LLCInventors: Lester Leland Lockhart, III, David Hugh Munson, Gregor R. Bonin, Michael Cook

Patent number: 12512662Abstract: The present technology relates to fault-managed power (FMP), and particularly, to generating FMP in an industrial automation environment using single-pair Ethernet (SPE) cabling for use by DC motors. An FMP system may include a transmitter circuit and receiver circuits coupled together via a transmission link formed using SPE cable. The transmitter circuit can generate a FMP and transmit a pulsed signal having the FMP to the receiver circuits. The transmitter circuitry can also exchange data signals with the receiver circuits over a communication channel using the SPE cable. The receiver circuits can identify an expected power consumption of DC motors coupled to the receiver circuits and provide an indication of the expected power consumption to the transmitter circuit. The transmitter circuit can detect a fault based on a comparison between the transmitted FMP and the power consumption and terminate transmission of the FMP in response to detecting the fault.Type: GrantFiled: December 19, 2023Date of Patent: December 30, 2025Assignee: Rockwell Automation Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Scott Griffiths, David D. Brandt, Michael Cook, Arun Guru, Jon Vanderpas, Robert Schmidt

Publication number: 20250330427Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing reciprocal data sharing in a data exchange system. Limitations may be placed on the amount of data an exchange member may access based on the amount of data contributed. The system may include determining a data contribution associated with a first member of the data exchange, determining a data access limit for the first member based on the data contribution, and providing data to the first member when the first member has not exceeded the data access limit. In some embodiments, there may be separate data access limits for each member of the data exchange, so that a first member may have different access limits when accessing data from a second member, data from a third member, and data from a fourth member. Further, the system may limit a requester to a type of data that corresponds to the type of data contributed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 1, 2025Publication date: October 23, 2025Applicant: Early Warning Services, LLCInventors: Michael Cook, Gregor R. Bonin, Aaron Antonio Rodriguez

Patent number: 12417445Abstract: The electronic device may invoke a host application. The device may display a first host user interface on the display, the first host user interface including a first host user interface component associated with a child application. In response, the device may invoke, using the host application, the child application executed at the electronic device. The device may transmit, using the host application, a request for data associated with a child user interface component to the child application. The device may transmit, using the child application, the request for data associated with the child user interface component to a child application server, wherein the data associated with the child user interface component is inaccessible by the host application. The device may receive, using the child application, the data associated with the child user interface component from the child application server.
