  • Patent number: 10099250
Abstract: Described herein is an apparatus for applying and curing a light-curable material on a work surface. The apparatus includes a nozzle from which the light-curable material is applied to the work surface to form a layer of light-curable material on the work surface. The layer of light-curable material has a leading edge and a trailing edge defined according to a direction of movement of the nozzle relative to the work surface. The apparatus also includes a light source fixed relative to the nozzle. The light source is operable to direct a light beam to the trailing edge of the layer of light-curable material.

  • Patent number: 9536453
Abstract: Computing systems are provided for facilitating communication to the hearing-impaired. The computing systems obtain and modify a video that includes a signer performing sign language about a topic. The video is then modified and presented to a viewer in such a way that the viewer can simultaneously view the sign language and the one or more objects corresponding to the topic. In some instances, the modified video is blended with another video corresponding to the same topic so as to enable a user to view the sign language at the same time as the corresponding video presentation. This can be done in real-time or with a time delay. In other instances, the modified video is rendered on a display through which the user is also viewing the one or more related items associated with the sign language.

  • Publication number: 20150151181
Abstract: A portable, adjustable golf training and teaching device when attached to the golfers hat, assists in head, chin, spine and eye adjustment. The present invention can be adjusted in the address or set-up position to allow the players shoulders to rotate freely under the chin unrestricted, also maximizes the shoulder rotation during the backswing. With the device attached to the brim of a golfer's hat and the viewing holes properly set the device produces a stereo or three dimensional view of the containment area around the golf ball to allow the golfer to monitor any movement in the golf swing. The present invention allows the golfer to view the target and the ball in flight after being struck. The device can be used to train, practice and play on the golf course.
