The Fender Caddie is light weight with no brackets, arms, or attachments of any kind. The Fender Caddie needs no assembly it is a flat sheet of ridged plastic with four upright sides with a sheet of graduated in thickness serrated textured style foam rubber glued to the bottom of the flat plastic tray.
