  • Patent number: 11776158
Abstract: Search points in a search space may be projected onto images from cameras imaging different parts of the search space. Subimages, corresponding to the projected search points, may be selected and processed to determine if a target object has been detected. Based on subimages in which target objects are detected, as well as orientation data from cameras capturing images from which the subimages were selected, positions of the target objects in the search space may be determined.

  • Publication number: 20230272040
Abstract: The present application relates to a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) which comprises a target-dependent on-switch CAR. The CAR of the invention may reduce cytotoxicity towards normal cells and improve CAR-T safety. CAR molecules were designed using the transmembrane and juxtamembrane motifs of the IL2 receptor ? chain (IL2R? or IL2Rb), the L ow-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR), the Seizure 6-like Protein 2 (SEZ6L2), and degradation sequence (PSKFFSQL) of IL2R?, which resulted in greatly reduced CAR expression at the cell surface in the absence of target antigen, while retaining downstream activation ability in response to antigen-expressing target cells. In the absence of target antigen, CAR surface expression is undetectable. The present application has shown that primary T cells expressing these surface-unstable CAR variants are able to elicit antigen-dependent target cell killing. By limiting CAR activity in this way, the present application can reduce therapeutic toxicity and T cell exhaustion.

  • Publication number: 20230251610
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to managing the operation of devices within a home or other property based upon electrical usage data. With customer knowledge or consent, a home controller may retrieve and analyze electrical usage data corresponding to a device, such as by comparing it to certain threshold data. If the analysis results in a trigger condition, the controller may generate a command, and transmit the command to the device for implementation, allowing modification of device operation to address any issues indicated in the electrical usage data. In some implementations, the controller may notify a home owner/occupant. As a result, faulty devices may be managed prior to their faults causing damage to the device and/or the property, and/or property owners may be timely prompted to investigate, repair, and/or replace a failing device. Insurance discounts may be provided based upon the risk mitigation/prevention functionality.

  • Patent number: 11667100
Abstract: A creasing device is provided that includes a counter-rotating male drum and female drum. The male drum carries a conventional creasing ring with a central rib flanked by shoulders. The female drum comprises a central channel aligned with the creasing rib on the male drum; and a pair of projecting lateral ribs on each side of the central channel that are aligned with the shoulders on the male drum. The lateral ribs press a sheet of the card or paper stock against the shoulders of the creasing ring to better define the edges of the crease and to reduce the tendency of a printed coating on the stock to crack during subsequent folding. The pair of lateral ribs may be provided by a pair of inserts. Alternatively, both ribs and the central channel may be provided by a single insert.

  • Publication number: 20230096596
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a data analysis system that may automatically generate memory-efficient clustered data structures, automatically analyze those clustered data structures, and provide results of the automated analysis in an optimized way to an analyst. The automated analysis of the clustered data structures (also referred to herein as data clusters) may include an automated application of various criteria or rules so as to generate a compact, human-readable analysis of the data clusters. The human-readable analyses (also referred to herein as “summaries” or “conclusions”) of the data clusters may be organized into an interactive user interface so as to enable an analyst to quickly navigate among information associated with various data clusters and efficiently evaluate those data clusters in the context of, for example, a fraud investigation. Embodiments of the present disclosure also relate to automated scoring of the clustered data structures.
