Abstract: Methods and systems for identifying and resolving payment integrity issues are provided. Analytic techniques that may include a query component, an artificial intelligence engine, and a text mining component are integrated into a payment integrity system. One or more of the analysis components provide information from a source transaction system to an audit module. The audit module utilizes the outputs from the analysis components to resolve whether or not a claim payment was overpaid or underpaid. The audit module may subsequently instruct one of the analysis components to further analyze information from the source transaction system in accordance with previously provided information from another analysis component. The audit module may also subsequently instruct the recovery and adjustments module to act upon the result of the audit. The payment integrity system may also receive an indication of a provider claim dispute and resolve the dispute.

In accordance with one embodiment, a multi-patterned rug display sample, element or unit has at least two different geometric designs and/or coloration schemes across a common surface for simultaneous comparative evaluation by a potential purchaser. The rug display sample may be patterned to include two or more geometric or solid patterns corresponding to patterns available on floor covering products independent of the display sample. Also, the display unit may include a feature rug, color runner, color rug, and/or hang tag.

Abstract: A tiered pack comprising a plurality of tiers 10, 10′, 10″ each comprising a generally planar base 1 and a plurality of compartment defining dividers 21 supported thereon, wherein one or more dividers 21 of at least one of the tiers and the base 1 of an adjacent tier include respective complementary engaging means 16, 24 for enhancing the stability and rigidity of the pack. The pack may be placed on a conventional pallet and shrink-wrapped once each compartment has been filled with goods thereby forming a transit package.

Abstract: A process control and data collection system which analyzes the data collected to provide information regarding the quality of the raw material supplied by specific vendors, the quality of production for a particular job, the efficiency and quality of the employee's work and the effective yield from raw material to final product on a batch basis. Each of a plurality of remote stations include input devices for providing a measurement of the raw material being processed whether it be weight, count or quality as well as identifying data which may include workstation identification, employee identification, work product identification and processing time. This allows correlation and tracking of the material from the beginning to the end of the process through various steps and comingling of raw materials.
