  • Publication number: 20240131072
Abstract: Activity-inducible fusion proteins whose activity is post-translationally regulated utilizing a hsp90 binding domain and a drug molecule are described. In the absence of the drug molecule, the activity-inducible fusion proteins are inactivated but can be activated by a relevant physiological parameter in the presence of the drug molecule. Examples of the activity-inducible fusion proteins include chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) wherein the relevant physiological parameter is antigen binding.

  • Publication number: 20240125567
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for coating aluminum alloy heat exchangers that include the use of a waterborne top coating. By using a waterborne top coating, relative to a solvent borne, useful advantages can be achieved, such as improved penetration depth of the top coating. An example method includes cleaning a surface of a heat exchanger; contacting the surface of the heat exchanger with a first mixture to provide a passivation layer on the surface of the heat exchanger; contacting the passivation layer with a second mixture in a bath and applying a positive charge to the bath to provide an electro-coating on a surface of the passivation layer; and contacting the electro-coating with a third mixture, the third mixture including water and a polymer resin having anti-corrosion and ultraviolet protection properties, to provide a top coating including the polymer resin on a surface of the electro-coating.

  • Publication number: 20240126542
Abstract: A method or system for testing and benchmarking commits made on source code. The system extracts commits from a history of a first code history that records a sequence of commits made thereon. The extracted commits are then combined into a sequence of patches, each of which includes changes made during consecutive commits. The system also establishes a connection with a system under test (SUT) having a second code repository corresponding to a historical version of the first code repository before the extracted commits were made, and sequentially applies the sequence of the patches to the second code repository. Performance of the SUT is monitored during the application of the sequence of the patches to determine whether the SUT performs as expected after the application of each patch.
