The implantable sensor assembly can include a component of an implantable prosthesis and an implantable cartridge associated with the component. The implantable cartridge can include at least one sensor capable of detecting one or more kinematic measurements associated with a patient and generating sensor data, and an antenna in electrical communication with at least one sensor, wherein the antenna transmits sensor data to a receiver at a remote location.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for adjusting a messaging tonality of messages delivered to a user are described. The system may acquire baseline physiological data measured from the user and generate one or more messages based on the baseline physiological data and in accordance with a first messaging tonality. The system may acquire additional physiological data from the user based on providing the one or more messages. In some cases, the system may perform an evaluation of the first messaging tonality by comparing the additional physiological data with the baseline physiological data and select a second messaging tonality from a plurality of messaging tonalities based on the evaluation of the first messaging tonality. The system may generate one or more additional messages to be provided to the user in accordance with the second messaging tonality based on selecting the second messaging tonality.

Abstract: A method includes selecting a template ranking engine for ranking a set of candidate content-creation templates based at least in part on a type of an available dataset for a user. The selecting may include, if the available dataset includes semantic content from a referring source, selecting a first template ranking engine, if the available dataset does not include semantic content from a referring source and does include content collaboration service usage data associated with a user account of the content collaboration service, selecting a second template ranking engine, and if the available dataset includes portal activity data of the user during a user interaction session with the portal of the content collaboration service and does not include semantic content from a referring source and does not include content collaboration service usage data associated with a user account of the content collaboration service, selecting a third template ranking engine.

Abstract: A method for forming a sensor on a substrate comprises forming an initial interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer on a top surface and a side surface of the sensor, and on a top side of the substrate; etching back the initial ILD layer to reduce an initial “bread loaf” artifact; and forming a subsequent ILD layer on the initial ILD layer. The initial ILD layer comprises a first moisture permeation seam path, and the subsequent ILD layer comprises a second moisture permeation seam path offset from the first moisture permeation seam path.

Abstract: A paintball carrying plate used for connecting to a paintball box for carrying and filling paintball pods. The paintball carrying plate includes slits for accommodating lid flaps of a paintball box therethrough, notches and rubber bands to hold the lid flaps in a folded position to thereby secure the paintball carrying plate to the top of the paintball box, a series of holes adapted to securely hold paintball pods therein during the carrying and filling process, a series of bore sizing holes, and handles for holding and carrying the combination of the paintball carrying plate, the paintball box, and the paintball pods. When in use, a plurality of paintball boxes with respective paintball carrying plates attached thereto can be stacked one on top of the other for increasing the ability to carry and fill large quantities of paintball pods therein and reduce the amount of paint wasted from spilling while carrying and filling the paintball pods.

Abstract: A stand mixer includes a base defining an interior with an opening to the interior and a mixing head being supported over an upper mounting area of the base and defining a mounting tongue extending through the opening to the interior of the base. The stand mixer further includes a coupling assembly including a pin body extending between opposite first and second ends and a pivot frame including first and second support receptacles respectively receiving the first and second ends of the pin body and a frame body connecting the first and second support receptacles. The frame body is secured to the base within the interior thereof, and the pin body is secured to the mounting tongue of the mixing head to pivotably couple the mixing head to the base with the mixing head being rotatable on the base between a lowered position and a raised position.

Abstract: A modular composite panel comprised of a solar photovoltaic panel, a solar thermal collector panel, and an engineered torsion box containing a layer of insulation. Multiple composite panels can form a roof when installed in an array, with panels abutting and situated side-by-side on a structural frame or other suitable support system. A composite panel may span between structural members without requiring intermediate support. A composite panel array can provide weather protection, electricity, and hot water to an enclosed or unenclosed space below. Together with insulated walls, the array of composite panels can provide thermal insulation to an enclosed space below.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing firewalls and authenticators for smart terminals are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method may include: (1) receiving, by a smart terminal and from a browser, a browsing request to access a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or an address for externally hosted content, wherein the smart terminal is prevented from directly accessing the URL or the address; (2) routing, by the smart terminal, the browsing request to a secure server; (3) checking, by the secure server, the URL or the address against an allowed list or a prohibited list; (4) directing, by the secure server, the browser to the URL or the address in response to the URL or the address being on the allowed list, or the URL or the address not being on the prohibited list; and (5) providing, by the secure server, a secure connection between the browser and the URL or the address.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide techniques for improving application utilization using prediction-based recommendations. In various embodiments, a method includes receiving user engagement data associated with a user-accessed application and an entity identifier of a particular entity and receiving historical user engagement data for additional entities associated with the user-accessed application and at least one of a plurality of candidate applications. The method includes determining a subset of the additional entities using a similarity analysis between the user engagement data and the historical user engagement data. The method includes generating, using a machine learning model, respective recommendation scores for the candidate applications based on the user engagement data, the machine learning model having been trained using a subset of the historical user engagement data corresponding to the subset of additional entities.

Abstract: An energy conversion system includes a reactor vessel, a jacket disposed within the reactor vessel, the jacket having a wall that defines a chamber, a first end, and a second end opposite the first end, and a nozzle coupled to the reactor and arranged to direct a continuous flow of fuel at a flow rate into the chamber. The fuel including a mixture of a metal compound and water at a pressure that is greater than 221 bar. A cooling space is formed between the jacket and the reactor vessel and is operable to maintain a temperature of the fuel within the chamber between 374 and 800 degrees Celsius. A first gas outlet is in fluid communication with the chamber and is arranged to discharge a gas, and an outlet is in fluid communication with the chamber and is arranged to continuously discharge a reaction product and water.

Abstract: Systems and methods for planting specified seed products in target growing spaces. An example method includes receiving a request for a planting recommendation related to seeding of a target growing space and, in response, determining, using one or more seed placement prediction models, a prediction output including a predicted yield for multiple seed products at the target growing space at each of one or more different weather conditions. The method also includes determining, using an optimization model, a seed planting recommendation output, based on at least the prediction output and at least one grower constraint parameter associated with the target growing space, where the seed planting recommendation output includes at least one of the multiple seed products, and then directing planting of the at least one of the multiple seed products at the target growing space based on the seed planting recommendation output.

Abstract: In one example, this disclosure describes a method that includes determining a first transaction category identifier based on data for a first financial transaction initiated by a customer. A demographic category identifier is determined based on a set of demographic data associated with the customer. A first composite event signature is established for the customer by combining the transaction category identifier with the demographic category identifier. The customer is assigned to a first profile group of customers having the first composite event signature. A first risk associated with the first profile group is determined, based on zero or more historical fraud events associated with the first profile group. When the first risk exceeds a first threshold, a first fraud report is generated, a first fraud alert is generated, and/or a first mitigation action is performed to mitigate the first risk.
