  • Patent number: 11744364
Abstract: A wall hanging system for hanging an article from a support surface such as a wall. The article may have a first mounting channel that is elongated along a first channel axis. The system includes a surface mounting element that is configured to be coupled to the support surface with a portion of the surface mounting element protruding from the support surface. Furthermore, there is a cam lock slidably coupled to the article along the first mounting channel. The cam lock has a longitudinal axis and a receiving cavity that is configured to receive a distal portion of the portion of the surface mounting element. The cam lock is configured to be locked to the surface mounting element by rotating the cam lock about the longitudinal axis while the distal portion of the portion of the surface mounting element is located within the receiving cavity of the cam lock.

  • Publication number: 20230190015
Abstract: A frame apparatus for displaying an article. The frame apparatus includes a support structure having a frame and a backer panel. A plurality of slots are formed into the backer panel that include a first slot that is elongated along a first axis that is parallel to top and bottom edges of the support structure and a second slot that is elongated along a second axis that is parallel to lateral edges of the support structure. The frame apparatus may include a hanging element for hanging the support structure from a support surface such as a wall. The hanging element may be configured to be slidably coupled to the support structure such that the hanging element can slide back and forth within one of the slots while remaining coupled to the support structure. • Patent number: 11319134
Abstract: A product packaging system in one embodiment includes a stack of products defining a pair of opposing major side surfaces, a top surface, a bottom surface, and pair of opposing end surfaces; protective corrugated sheets covering two or more of the stack side, top, and bottom surfaces; and a protective end pad covering each of the stack end surfaces. Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.

  • Patent number: 11246431
Abstract: A hanging apparatus that includes a frame that supports a display item and a bracket for purposes of hanging the hanging apparatus. The bracket may include a body portion and a mounting portion, the mounting portion facilitating coupling of the bracket to a backer panel that is part of a stack positioned in a rabbet of the frame. Thus, the mounting portion includes walls that define a mounting channel. Portions of the backer panel are positioned within the mounting channels of the bracket prior to inserting the backer panel into the rabbet of the frame. Fasteners such as turn buttons or flex tabs may be altered into a locked state to secure the stack and the bracket in the rabbet so that the frame can be hung for display of the display item.

  • Patent number: 11096491
Abstract: A system and a method for hanging an article from a support surface. The article may be a cabinet, such as a medicine cabinet or the like, although the system described herein may be used for hanging any type of article from a support surface such as a wall. The system uses a surface mounting element that is coupled to the support surface and a cam lock that is slidably coupled to the article to hang the article from the support surface by coupling the surface mounting element to the cam lock. Because the cam lock is slidably coupled to the article, the article can move horizontally along the support surface without separating the article from the support surface.

  • Publication number: 20210161293
Abstract: A storage system which includes storage receptacles that are slidably mounted along a support member. The storage system may be formed as part of a cabinet. In one aspect, there may be a cabinet including a housing defining a cavity having an opening, the housing including a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposite the first sidewall. A support rod may be supported within the cavity of the housing to extend between the first and second sidewalls of the housing. There may be at least one storage receptacle having a mounting element, so that the at least one storage receptacle is slidably mounted to the support rod by engagement between the mounting element of the storage receptacle and the support rod. The storage system may not include a cabinet in all embodiments and the support rod or member may instead be mounted on a support surface such as a wall.
