Abstract: A vibrating screen separator machine including a frame bounding a first screening assembly, the first screening assembly forming a first sifting plane. The first screening assembly comprises a mesh screen and a planar backing panel proximate the mesh screen, the backing panel having a plurality of perforations. The screen separator also includes a material input slot on the frame and an un-sifted material output slot and a sifted material output slot on the frame where material travels from the material input slot into the screening assembly and where un-sifted material exits the frame through the un-sifted material output slot and sifted material exits the frame through the first sifted material output slot. The screen separator also includes a vibration mechanism supported by the frame and connected to the screening assembly, the vibration mechanism imparting vibrational energy to the screening assembly to sift material passing through the screening assembly.

A method of the disclosure includes receiving, by a processing device of a multi-tenant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) system, a location of a cartridge manifest corresponding to a cartridge that is maintained outside of the multi-tenant PaaS system, downloading the cartridge manifest from the received location, parsing the downloaded cartridge manifest to determine a source location of files of the cartridge, the source location separate from the multi-tenant PaaS system, and causing the files of the cartridge to be obtained from the determined source location for use by at least one node of the multi-tenant PaaS system that is hosting an application requesting the cartridge.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for determining the pregnancy status of a cow by detecting a pregnancy-associated glycoprotein (PAG) level that comprises proteins present in an acidic protein fraction of day 55 to day 60 bovine placental tissue. These methods may involve using novel polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies that have been generated using the acidic protein fraction as an immunogen. According to the method, the cow is pregnant when the PAG level is present at an elevated level in a sample obtained from the cow. The invention provides accurate methods of detecting pregnancy at early stages and has the benefit of allowing early post partum detection of pregnancy status with few false positive results. The antibodies for detecting the PAG level will also be useful in combination with detecting elevated progesterone levels, thus providing an even more effective pregnancy detection method.
