Patent number: 12636393Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated sterility testing assembly that has a needle holder sized and configured to selectively retain a needle fluidly coupled to a sterility testing filter. The holder is configured to move the needle in a first direction to pierce selected containers disposed on a carrier and to move the needle in a second direction opposite the first direction to remove the needle from the selected containers. The assembly includes a brace that braces the fluid containers during their respective piercings by the needle. Accordingly, the brace prevents the needle from moving the fluid containers out of the carrier.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 2024Date of Patent: May 26, 2026Assignee: Automated Systems of Tacoma, LLCInventors: Jordan McDonald, Steven Ng, Michael Moore, Raul A. Patent number: 12545449Abstract: Embodiments are directed toward an aseptic bag filling system. In some embodiments, the aseptic bag filling system selectively and aseptically fills sterilized bags with a fluid. The bags are dispensed from a magazine that stores the bags while the bags are fluidly coupled to a fluid manifold via respective fluid pathways. The bags define a closed system, the interior of which, after sterilization, is not exposed to the external environment through filling of the bags with the fluid, sealing such filled bags, and separating or cutting such sealed bags from the manifold.Type: GrantFiled: November 25, 2024Date of Patent: February 10, 2026Assignee: Automated Systems of Tacoma, LLCInventors: Steven Ng, Michael Moore

Patent number: 12237124Abstract: A power circuit breaker has a housing defining a first passage and a cross passage through the housing. A bus bar extends through the cross passage and is configured to transmit electric power and/or break transmission of the electric power through the housing. The bus bar includes at least an input section, a coin or center section, and an output section that are separable from each other. The housing aligns a solenoid piston within the first passage of the housing. The solenoid has a piston with two opposite ends, and one of the ends operates as a plunger to separate the sections of the bus bar when the solenoid is actuated. The plunger moves the coin or center section of the bus bar out of contact with the input section and the output section of the bus bar to break electrical transmission across the bus bar.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2023Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: Joyson Safety Systems Acquisition LLCInventors: Raad Konja, Jason Lisseman, Michael Moore, Leonard Cech

Publication number: 20250056375Abstract: An approach for detecting unplanned changes in the link performance of a delay tolerant network and making automatic and immediate adjustments to the contact plans of the network to provide route revisions that will reallocate traffic load to improve network performance. Physical layer information is used to predict link performance and to adapt route computation to avoid disruption and to optimize contact performance. Prediction is based on advanced software defined radio observable phenomena such as signal to noise ratio, background noise measurements, and forward error correction bit error counts. This approach can enable a delay-tolerant network node to recompute routes and revise bundle forwarding decisions automatically in response to changes in the properties of the communication link.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 1, 2024Publication date: February 13, 2025Applicant: TCT Networks CorporationInventors: Ronny Bull, Michael Moore, John Cook, David Cook, Scott Burleigh, Joshua Waszkiewicz, Joel Seif

Publication number: 20240390460Abstract: Methods for improving engraftment of donor cells in a subject thereof are provided. Such methods can comprise providing donor cells that have been modified to express a first isoform of a target protein (e.g., interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma (IL2RG)) that is functionally indistinguishable but immunologically distinguishable from a second isoform of the target protein, administering the donor cells to the subject, and then selectively inhibiting host cells in the subject based on their expression of the second isoform of the target protein, thereby improving engraftment of donor cells in the subject. Also provided are combinations for administration to a subject in need thereof, wherein the combination comprises (1) a population of donor cells modified to express a first isoform of a target protein (e.g., IL2RG) and (2) an antagonist (e.g.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 9, 2024Publication date: November 28, 2024Applicant: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.Inventors: Michael Moore, Casandra Panea, Matthew Sleeman, Andrew J.
