  • Patent number: 11919958
Abstract: Provided herein are novel anti-CD28×anti-B7H3 (also referred to as “?CD28×?B7H3”) heterodimeric bispecific antibodies and methods of using such antibodies for the treatment of cancers. Subject ?CD28×?B7H3 antibodies are capable of agonistically binding to CD28 costimulatory molecules on T cells and targeting to B7H3 on tumor cells. Thus, such antibodies selectively enhance anti-tumor activity at tumor sites while minimizing peripheral toxicity. The subject antibodies provided herein are particularly useful for enhancing anti-tumor activity when used in combination with other anti-cancer therapies.

  • Patent number: 11914957
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically assessing and displaying quality features of electronic messages, while composed on client devices, can include one or more processors monitoring the process of composing the electronic message. The one or more processors can retrieve, upon detecting a pause event, data associated with the composed electronic message from a message composing container, and determine a plurality of feature values for a plurality of features of the electronic message based on the retrieved data. The one or more processors can determine, based on the plurality of feature values, a likelihood of receiving a response from a receiving entity once the electronic message is sent to that receiving entity. The one or more processors can provide an indication of the determined likelihood of receiving a response and indications of the plurality of determined feature values for display in association with a message composing window displaying the text received.

  • Publication number: 20240029972
Abstract: A power circuit breaker has a housing defining a first passage and a cross passage through the housing. A bus bar extends through the cross passage and is configured to transmit electric power and/or break transmission of the electric power through the housing. The bus bar includes at least an input section, a coin or center section, and an output section that are separable from each other. The housing aligns a solenoid piston within the first passage of the housing. The solenoid has a piston with two opposite ends, and one of the ends operates as a plunger to separate the sections of the bus bar when the solenoid is actuated. The plunger moves the coin or center section of the bus bar out of contact with the input section and the output section of the bus bar to break electrical transmission across the bus bar.

  • Publication number: 20230367390
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining a head pose of a user are described. Images captured by a head-mounted camera worn by the user are received, the images comprising captured markers, wherein each captured marker is one of a plurality of markers on a surface that are in the FOV of the head-mounted camera. Stored markers having a predetermined orientation and corresponding to each captured marker are identified from a database, the stored markers comprising coordinates for its corresponding surface marker. An orientation of the captured marker relative to its corresponding stored marker is calculated and the stored marker is obtained. Based on the stored marker and the orientation, an absolute pose of each marker is determined. Based on the absolute pose of each marker, the head pose of the user relative to the surface is calculated.

  • Publication number: 20230241285
Abstract: Otologic materials and methods are provided. For example, a cell-adhesive, biodegradable hydrogel scaffold loaded with time-released drugs for repairing chronic tympanic membrane perforations is disclosed, methods of making same and administering same are provided. This hydrogel may promote vascular in-growth and epithelial cell growth of the tympanic membrane with the purpose of closing the perforation and providing a barrier between the external and middle ear. The hydrogel is initially a liquid polymer that only gels upon exposure to specific conditions, such as exposure to light. This scaffold may simultaneously induce repair of the tympanic membrane while preventing or alleviating middle ear infection, thus filling a void in current tympanic membrane perforation therapies.

  • Publication number: 20230197565
Abstract: A thermal management solution in a mobile computing system is bonded to an integrated circuit component by a thermal interface material layer (TIM layer) that does not require the application of a permanent force to ensure a reliable thermally conductive connection. A leaf spring or other loading mechanism that can apply a permanent force to a TIM layer can be secured to a printed circuit board by fasteners that extend through holes in the board in the vicinity of the integrated circuit component. These holes consume area that could otherwise be used for signal routing. In devices that use a TIM layer that does not require the application of a permanent force, the thermal management solution can be attached to a printed circuit board or chassis at a location remote to the integrated circuit component, where the attachment mechanism does not or minimally interferes with integrated circuit component signal routing.
