  • Publication number: 20190171466
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a novel solution to generate multiple linked device code portions within a final executable file. Embodiments of the present invention are operable to extract device code from their respective host object filesets and then link them together to form multiple linked device code portions. Also, using the identification process described by embodiments of the present invention, device code embedded within host objects may also be uniquely identified and linked in accordance with the protocols of conventional programming languages. Furthermore, these multiple linked device code portions may be then converted into distinct executable forms of code that may be encapsulated within a single executable file.

  • Patent number: 10284318
Abstract: In one example, a network controller manages a network having many network devices. Network devices can receive the timing flow port role assignments from the network controller based on the controller's global view of the network topology. The controller can also calculate timing offsets to be applied to the network devices, based on timestamp information obtained by the network devices via exchanging time synchronization protocol messages, and the controller can update time clocks on all of the network devices within a single window of time, based on a timing offsets calculated in single iteration of calculations.

  • Patent number: 10273986
Abstract: An actuation pressure to actuate one or more hydraulic actuators may be determined based on a load on the one or more hydraulic actuators of a robotic device. Based on the determined actuation pressure, a pressure rail from among a set of pressure rails at respective pressures may be selected. One or more valves may connect the selected pressure rail to a metering valve. The hydraulic drive system may operate in a discrete mode in which the metering valve opens such that hydraulic fluid flows from the selected pressure rail through the metering valve to the one or more hydraulic actuators at approximately the supply pressure. Responsive to a control state of the robotic device, the hydraulic drive system may operate in a continuous mode in which the metering valve throttles the hydraulic fluid such that the supply pressure is reduced to the determined actuation pressure.
