Abstract: This invention relates to a foamable concentrated hair care composition comprising an anionic surfactant, a co-surfactant, a viscosity reducing agent, and a cationic polymer. The hair care composition may further comprise a silicone, wherein the silicone particle size is less than about 10 microns. The hair care composition has a viscosity of from about 1 to about 3,000 cps.

Abstract: An over spray gun assembly that prevents over spraying of atomized paint or vanish particles and droplets into the air and onto unwanted surfaces during a spraying operation, such as painting or staining a surface. More specifically, the over spray guard includes first shroud and a second shroud, wherein the second shroud is positioned within the first shroud thereby defining an open interior space for vacuuming unwanted or over sprayed airborne fluid droplets dispensed from a nozzle of the spray gun. In addition, an elongated sleeve or extension can be connected to the first shroud, thereby allowing a user to comfortably support, hold, position, and aim the over spray gun assembly.

Abstract: A valve mount comprises a first mounting plate securable to an existing part of a gas turbine engine, a second mounting plate secured to a valve, and at least a pair of fastener assemblies on opposed sides of the valve for securing the first and second mounting plates together. A vibration isolator is disposed between the first and second mounting plates to absorb some of the energy that is being transferred from the valve to the structure of the engine during a predetermined operating phase of the engine.

The method including generating a first list including one or more personal objects based on a personal schedule of a user, generating a second list including one or more personal objects physically located within a predefined range of a checkpoint, comparing the first list to the second list to determine which personal objects are on both lists and which personal objects are missing, if any, from the second list, and notifying the user with the results of the comparison between the first list and the second list by activating an alarm.

Abstract: A ball joint gimbal (BJG) seeker assembly is provided and includes a back shell, a retaining system disposed to urge the seeker ball toward the back shell and a piezoelectric ultrasonic motor and sensor system arrayed between the seeker ball and the back shell. Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for additively fabricating a solid object from a series of components. The method utilizes additive fabrication with a programmed computer operating a machine to produce a solid object based on a three dimensional, computerized rendering of the solid object. Each component is produced from one or more molds which are filled with a fluid material that solidifies into a component that attaches to a previously manufactured component by way of the same process.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to optimizing an indirect call function. More specifically, an indirect call function configuration comprises a first application module having a target function of the indirect function call, a second application module with a symbolic reference to the target function of the indirect function call, and a third application module to originate an indirect function call. A compiler identifies potential target functions and indicates the potential target functions in the program code. Additionally, the compiler determines and indicates in the program code that the function pointer value resulting from a non-call reference of a function symbol is solely used to perform indirect calls in the same module. A linker can read the indication the compiler made in the program code and optimize the indirect call function.

In one example, a system comprises an engine having an intake manifold to receive fresh intake air and an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system to supply EGR to the intake manifold, where flow of EGR through the EGR system is controlled by one or more exhaust valves. The system further includes a controller configured to adjust a position of the one or more exhaust valves based on an estimated fresh intake air flow rate, where during a first set of operating conditions, the fresh intake air flow rate is estimated based on a total gas flow rate into the engine and further based on a current position of the one or more exhaust valves, intake manifold pressure, air-fuel ratio, and fuel flow to one or more cylinders of the engine.

Abstract: A system may comprise one or more monitoring devices that may communicate with a mobile device or a wearable device worn by a user of a sporting apparatus. The system may enable motion data specific to motion of the sporting apparatus to be conveniently captured and transmitted, and displayed on the wearable device. The system may include functionality to permit disablement of the motion detecting, transmission, and/or displaying functions at times when such functions are not permitted to be used, and to record the date, time, and location when such functions have been disabled to permit verification thereof by a governing body or sporting organization. A processor of the transactional memory system saves state information in a first code region of a first hardware transaction. The processor executes an about-to-fail handler, the about-to-fail handler using the saved state information to determine whether the first hardware transaction is to be salvaged or to be aborted. The processor executing the about-to-fail handler, based on the transaction being to be salvaged, uses the saved state information to determine what portion of the first hardware transaction to salvage.
