  • Publication number: 20180026667
Abstract: A system that incorporates teachings of the subject disclosure may include, for example, adjusting a matching network utilizing a first tuning state resulting in a first tuning where the first tuning state is selected from among a first group of predetermined tuning states that increase performance in duplex operation, and responsive to a comparison of a first performance metric with a first reference metric, determining a weighted first tuning state and adjusting the matching network utilizing the weighted first tuning state resulting in a second tuning, where the weighted first tuning state is determined based on a weighting factor, the first tuning state, and a second tuning state selected from a second group of predetermined tuning states. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9726711
Abstract: A power semiconductor module includes a power electronics circuit and a measuring circuit for measuring a physical parameter occurring in the power electronics circuit and for providing a corresponding measurement signal. A transmission circuit is coupled to a secondary side of a transfer unit, and an evaluation circuit is coupled to the primary side and galvanically isolated from the transmission circuit by the transfer unit. The evaluation circuit supplies an AC voltage to the primary side, causing primary current to flow on the primary side, which in turn results in secondary current on the secondary side, the secondary current being supplied to the transmission circuit. The transmission circuit receives the measurement signal and modulates the secondary current in accordance with the measurement signal, which results in a modulation of the primary current. The evaluation circuit evaluates the modulation of the primary current and generates an output signal dependent thereon.

  • Patent number: 9561481
Abstract: A multi-chemical dispensing device comprising a concentrate supply of at least one chemical concentrate, a flow selector valve in fluid communication with said concentrate supply, and at least two proportioners, each proportioner in fluid communication with the flow selector valve. The flow selector valve may include a dilution member comprising one or more aligned orifice pairs, each orifice pair including an first orifice and a second orifice in fluid communication with the concentrate supply. Each orifice has an opening area to provide a known dilution ratio at a known flow rate therethrough. Each proportioner is connected to a supply of motive fluid. The concentrate dispensing device includes a plurality of check valves that close off the system when one of the water supplies is turned on. The plurality of check valves are also configured to allow the chemical concentrate to drain out of the multi-chemical dispensing device using gravity.

  • Patent number: 7731907
Abstract: A device and a process for testing a sample liquid in which especially the ELISA process can be carried out very easily, rapidly and with high precision. To do this, a sample liquid and a dilution liquid are each supplied to several metering chambers of different volumes, so that the sample liquid can be diluted into assigned reaction chambers in one dilution step in different dilution ratios. Different liquids can be supplied in succession to the reaction chambers by means of a common receiving chamber. The liquids are transferred from the reaction chambers into the assigned test chambers to stop the detection reaction.

  • Patent number: 7552579
Abstract: An agricultural working machine, such as a combine harvester or forage harvester, has a feeding assembly arranged on the front for accommodating a header attachment which is designated to harvest and convey a harvested crop, and at least one gauge wheel attachment comprising at least one support wheel associated with the header attachment on one or both sides of the feeding assembly, wherein the header attachment is arranged pivotally about a rotation axis extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the agricultural working machine on the feeding assembly in such a manner that the header attachment can be automatically rotated from a working position into a transport position when the feeding assembly is lowered, and at least one support wheel of at least one gauge wheel attachment supports the header attachment on the ground in the transport position. This ensures that the use of a separate header trailer is not necessary.
