  • Publication number: 20260096572
Abstract: A plant based cheese is made of a protein such as cashew protein, liquid low saturated fat vegetable oil, cultures and modified food starches. The ingredients are combined to form an emulsion, which is heated and held at a selected temperature for a selected time such that starches gelatinize. Shear is applied to the emulsion. The emulsion is liquid at the selected temperature but when cooled, the emulsion becomes solid. In its solid state, when it is heated, the product melts, closely resembling certain dairy cheeses. The liquid oil has relatively low saturated fat.

  • Publication number: 20250391016
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are provided for generating composite displays of oral areas. To generate the composite display, X-ray image data from an X-ray scan of an oral area of an individual and a three-dimensional model generated from a three-dimensional scan of the oral area of the individual are used. The X-ray image is correlated to a rendering generated from the three-dimensional model in the composite display such that structures in the X-ray image are matched to structures in the rendering.
