A user of the architecture can organize his or her information into one or more profiles which reflect the nature of different relationships between the user and other entities, and grant or deny each entity access to a given profile. Various enhancements which may be provided through the architecture are also described, including tools for filtering email, controlling access to user web pages, locating other users and making one's own location known, browsing or mailing anonymously, filling in web forms automatically with information already provided once by hand, logging in automatically, securely logging in to multiple sites with a single password and doing so from any machine on the network, and other enhancements.

Abstract: A drive system for moving a support assembly is disclosed. The drive system includes a lead screw configured for connection to the support assembly and defining a longitudinal axis. The drive system further includes an epicyclic gear assembly. The epicyclic gear assembly includes a carrier and a plurality of rotatable gears. The epicyclic gear assembly is rotationally coupled to the lead screw. Operation of the epicyclic gear assembly causes translation of the support assembly along the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: An insert, a pipe assembly, and a method for forming a pipe assembly are disclosed. The pipe assembly includes a hollow body and an insert bonded to the hollow body. The insert spans a knit line defined in the hollow body. The insert is formed from a fiber reinforced polymer material. The fibers are generally anisotropic, and preferably unidirectional, and the insert is oriented such that the fibers extend at an angle to the knit line and thus span the knit line. Preferably, the fibers extend perpendicularly to the knit line. The use of an insert having such an orientation reinforces the hollow body, particularly at the knit line. Thus, the use of such an insert bonded to a hollow body according to the present disclosure produces a pipe assembly having increased pressure ratings.

A comparison is then performed of the values assigned to the attributes in each evaluator. The call is then routed to the agent selected by the comparison.

Abstract: An integrated pin and clip for securing vehicle trailer components. The integrated pin and clip includes a shaft member and a clip member. The clip member is movable between a locked and an unlocked position. The unlocked position allows for the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from a receiving aperture in a vehicle trailer component, such as a receiver. The locked position does not allow the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from the aperture. The integrated pin and clip also includes retention means that secures the clip in either the locked position or the unlocked position.

In the defined graphical user interface, each space of the geographic map structure is rendered on a touch screen display as a graphic image of a geographic space. Within each space are colored cartoon-like icons called “objects” which can be selected and manipulated by the user. Certain objects, referred to as portals, transport the user from one space to another space when Selected. Other objects, referred to as buttons, perform associated actions or functions when Selected. The graphical user interface is displayed on a hand-held display device used to control remote devices. Each remote electronic device transmits a user interface program object that defines a graphical user interface to the display device.

The method includes the steps of receiving a consumer importance rating and a consumer satisfaction rating on the performance of the contact center from a multiplicity of customers of the plurality of customers of the contact center for each entry within a set of categories including empathy and advocacy, efficiency and automation, determining a maximum point score for each entry of the set of categories based upon a relative value of the importance ratings provided by the plurality of customers and assigning a point score to each entry of the set of categories based upon the maximum point score for the entry and the satisfaction ratings of the plurality of customers for the category.

First, identifying business strategies along with key performance indicators (KPI) values. Then associating one or more objectives with one or more strategies on key performance indicators. The next step converts the objectives into routing rules which are sent to a routing engine and the transaction is routed.

Abstract: A footwear base (320) and a structurally designed footwear bracing system (340) including a footwear base is provided. The footwear bracing system reduces the likelihood of ankle injuries when incorporated in a variety of footwear. The footwear bracing system permits the production of a very high structurally designed footwear base (320) by coupling it to and working in unison with a simple articulated but structurally designed support system (340). Very large forces can exist with this footwear and moderate but very injurious forces can be experienced in many types of footwear and these forces cannot be controlled by the ankle alone. Using the principles of the present invention these forces can be transferred to and resisted by the lower leg. The support system controls the forces generated by the footwear height or ground unevenness and relieves the ankle of this task.

The display rack includes a first elongated member, where the first elongated member includes a first portion, and a second portion; a second elongated member, which is approximately parallel to the first elongated member and includes a first portion and a second portion; and a connector member, which is coupled on a first end to the first portion of the first elongated member and coupled on a second end to the first portion of the second elongated member. The first elongated member and the second elongated member are spaced apart in a manner that accommodates the display of at least one trailer hitch ball.
