  • Patent number: 11376192
Abstract: A plastic container product, particularly produced according to a blow-moulding, filling and sealing method, includes a container body having a container content and a head part (12) connected to the container body. The head part defines a removal region (14) closed by a head membrane (16) with joint seam (38) that passes through a surface (20) spanned by the head membrane (16) and that separates at least two penetrable regions (22, 24) on the free front side (26) of the head membrane (16), for the removal of the content. The joint seam (38), observed from the free front side (26) of the head membrane (16), has a seam line (36) that at least partially deviates from an imaginary straight line (32), extends inside the surface (20), is longer than the straight line (32) and at least partially encompasses the penetrable regions (22, 24).

  • Patent number: 11279098
Abstract: A method reduces the microbiological loading of container products made at least partially of at least one plastic material. As part of a first production process, a plastic granulate (29) is fed to an extruder device (19), which melts the granulate (29). As part of a subsequent production process, the melted granulate is forwarded onto a blow-molding, filling and sealing machine for obtaining the respective container product. At least in parts of the first production process, the plastic material undergoes at least one of the following treatment steps: high-energy radiation and/or plasma treatment and/or a gas having a sterilizing effect.

  • Patent number: 11096866
Abstract: A container of plastic material is produced using the blow, fill and seal method, with the filler material, enclosed by a container wall (15, 20) that can be autoclaved. At least one shape (19, 21, 23, 25, 29, 33) is provided in the container wall (15, 20) that ensures, despite a low relative air volume in the container, that when administering the filler material by infusion, the container wall (15, 20) collapses at least partially reducing the volume, without aeration of the container.

  • Patent number: 11059638
Abstract: A container has an at least partially filled container body and at least one cap part (10). The cap part has at least one sealing part (16) that, for removal of the container contents, can be penetrated by a hollow-spike-shaped insertion part (22) from the outside, with a predeterminable actuating force, in an introduction direction. The insertion part can be removed from the container again, with a predeterminable pull-out force, in an oppositely directed pull-out direction. A device (16, 18) makes it difficult for the insertion part (22) to be removed with the pull-out force being increased such that unintentional removal of the insertion part (22) is at least made difficult.

  • Patent number: 11046474
Abstract: A container has a head piece (7). The container can be or is filled with a medium and is produced of plastic materials using a blow molding, filling, and sealing method. A transition region (13) is between the container (1) and a first type of a head surface (11) arranged on the head piece (7) at an end face, can be penetrated by a piercing or cutting part and extends with a specifiable curvature. A second type of a head surface (41) has a specifiable curvature, which is the same as the curvature of the head surface (39) of the first type, but preferably is different from it and is present on the head piece (7). The head surfaces transition into each other such that a whole surface is formed, which whole surface spans the free end of the transition region (13) directed away from the container (1). The head piece (7) is an integral component of the container (1).

  • Patent number: 10932990
Abstract: A transfer system for containers includes first and second containers (1), (5), which can be interconnected in a media-transferring way by a connection (7). The connection has a transfer device (27), when held in a locked position by a lock (25), prevents an exchange of media, and permits the exchange in an unlocked position in which the transfer device (7) is guided longitudinally movably in a seat (9) of the connection (7) for a transfer operation. The lock (25) is transferable to an unlocked position by the movement of at least one of the containers (5). The additional controls (13, 21) are present on the respective movable container (5), at least partially enclose the outer periphery of this container (5) and actuate the lock (25) of the transfer device (27) to unlock.

  • Patent number: 10751926
Abstract: A device for reducing the microbiological contaminants of container products made predominantly of plastics materials feeds a plastics granulate to an extruder assembly (19) that melts the granulate. The granulate is subsequently supplied to a form-fill-seal machine for producing a container product. A guide assembly (35) guides the plasticated plastic material from the extruder assembly (19) to the machine. At least one guide assembly (35) has at least one flow or channel guide (41) for the melted plastics material, so that microbiological contaminants are guided predominantly into the interior of the wall of the polymeric tube that interior is enclosed by regions of the plastic material that are less contaminated.

  • Patent number: 10238813
Abstract: A dispensing device includes a container with a receiving space containing a dispensable medium extractable via a dispensing element. A control body (19) with a connecting body (11) is longitudinally displaceable in a housing part (9), from an inactive base position to an active extraction position by a rotational movement. A media-carrying connection is created between the receiving space and the dispensing element. A control part of the control body (19) can be attached to a control path (54) of the connecting body (11). When the control body (19) moves rotationally relative to the housing part (9), each control part follows the rotational movement in an axially unchanged manner and brings the connecting body from the base position to an extraction position via each associable control path (54) of the connecting body (11). The control path comprises a slope.
