Abstract: A cellular wheel sluice for bulk material comprises a housing (2) having an interior (3), an extraction side cover (18) releasably fastened to the housing (2), a cellular wheel (8) which is arranged in an operational position in the housing (2) so that it can be driven in rotation about a longitudinal axis (7) and which is held on the extraction side cover (18), an extraction device (20) for displacing the cellular wheel (8) between the operational position and an extracted position, wherein the extraction device (20) has a guide unit (21) for guided displacement of the cellular wheel (8) along an extraction direction (41) parallel to the longitudinal axis (7), and an extraction drive (34) arranged fixed to the housing and coupled to the extraction side cover (18) for automatically driven displacement of the extraction side cover (18) with the cellular wheel (8).

Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to computer science, data science, application architecture, and computer data security. More specifically, techniques for credential and authentication management in scalable data networks is described, including, but not limited to, multiplexed data exchanges in a scalable data network. For example, a method may include receiving a subset of requests to access a data network. The requests each may originate from an associated computing device having a source identifier. The method also may include data to cause modification of data representing presentation of a hosted page via the data network, monitoring data traffic from the data network and managing actions initiated via a request based on the data traffic. Optionally, data traffic received via an aggregation port may be filtered to origination of a request associated with a source identifier.

Abstract: A multiple-firing clip device includes a hollow shaft defining a lateral opening communicating with an environment and a distal shaft portion between the lateral opening and a distal end opening. A shuttle longitudinally moves on the shaft and comprises a shuttle body defining a lumen surrounding the shaft, a snare, and a snare-extender slide defining a snare track to form a snare travel path in which the snare is disposed from the body and through the track and a portion of the body. The slide moves along a given extent defining a slide distance and a distal end and movement of the slide to the distal end shortens the snare travel path to extend the snare portion through the lateral opening, through the distal shaft portion, and distally out from a distal side of the body longer than the given extent to secure a suture with the snare.

Abstract: A database management engine provides a user interface that allows users to access and modify employee information in a database. The database includes entries for employees, and each database entry includes identifying information about the associated employee. A user can request to modify data within database entries, for instance in order to update information associated with an employee. Responsive to the request, the database management engine identifies liabilities associated with the database modification stemming from associated tax laws. Based on the identified tax liabilities, the engine computes the aggregate tax liability owed by the employer and/or employee. Before modifying a database entry, the engine modifies the user interface to include interface elements detailing the computed aggregate tax liability. The user explicitly can be required to confirm the database modification in view of the aggregate tax liability.

Abstract: Methods and systems for geothermal energy production wherein multiple horizontal or vertical wells may be used to pass fluids through the Earth from an injector well to a producer well through induced cracks, splits, fractures, conduits, or channels in the rock. Such methods and systems may include controlling tensile-split conduits in a subterranean geothermal formation by providing an injection well, providing a production well, configuring the injection well for injection of a tensile-splitting fluid into a production zone, configuring the production well to produce a heated fluid from the production zone, applying pressure to the production well, creating a plurality of tensile-split conduits, raising or lowering the pressure in the production well, establishing fluid communication between the injection well and the production well, and producing the heated fluid to the surface.

Abstract: An exercise device includes a resistance unit having a connecting gear. It further includes a cable. It further includes an arm that routes the cable to an actuator. The arm is rotatable relative to the resistance unit about the connecting gear, the arm having a central axis. The arm includes a control that mechanically disengages a locking mechanism from the connecting gear. The control is activated by an activation force substantially directed either toward the central axis of the arm, along a length of the arm, or about the central axis. The activation force is mechanically converted into linear force along the arm that disengages the locking mechanism from the connecting gear.

Abstract: A powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing (AM) machine includes a build plate configured to function as a platform to support one or more parts built using the PBF AM machine. The build plate further includes a thermal history indicator positioned on the build plate, attached to the build plate, or physically integrated with the build plate such that the thermal history indicator experiences the same temperature as the build plate. The thermal history indicator is configured to display a durable visual indication of achievement of a temperature associated with a post-processing step performed after the one or more parts are built on the build platform.

The build powder collection system configured to collect build powder during an AM machine build campaign. Abstract: A remotely operated circuit interrupter includes: primary separable contacts coupled to an operating mechanism and a thermal-magnetic trip device structured to interrupt current from flowing to loads by opening the primary separable contacts during a fault event; and a fault current tolerant secondary switching mechanism including secondary separable contacts coupled to the primary separable contacts in series, Rogowski coils, a di/dt measurement circuit, a secondary solenoid driver, the Rogowski coils structured to continuously sense a rate (di/dt) of change of load current, the di/dt measurement circuit structured to receive a signal including the sensed di/dt, determine that the sensed di/dt has reached or exceeded a threshold current rate of change, and output a fault signal to the secondary solenoid driver based on the determination, the secondary solenoid driver structured to actuate the solenoids to fully open the secondary separable contacts using arc voltages of the primary and secondary contacts.

In addition, the method can include during the game session and while streaming the media content, receiving a plurality of real time control requests from the mobile device, and executing the control request by compositing, in real time, the at least one change and the media content and to produce a composite display and transmitting, to the device other than the mobile device, the encoded composite display for streaming in real time.

Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a cryptographic encrypted computation method (400). The method involves performing a blind rotation of a ciphertext according to a test polynomial. The blind rotation results in an encrypted polynomial product of the test polynomial and a bootstrapping monomial represents the plaintext value as an exponent, modulo a modulus (q) and modulo a quotient polynomial (p(X)). The quotient polynomial p(X) divides an NTT polynomial XM?1 that allows a number-theoretic transform modulo the modulus q, e.g., q is a power of two and p(X)=XN+XN/2+1. The blind rotation is made more efficient by using the NTT, while the test polynomial is defined in such a way that the polynomial product is programmed to have desired output values for respective plaintext values as a fixed coefficient.

A coprocessor, which may be resident in a ticker plant, can be configured to update order books and price books based on financial market depth data at extremely low latency. Such a coprocessor can also be configured to enrich a stream of limit order events pertaining to financial instruments with data from a plurality of updated order and price books.

The jaws are connected to the clevis and operatively connected to the jaw control to actively articulate at least one of the jaws with respect to the other. At least one of the jaws has a connector comprising a second portion of the lock operatively connected to the lock control to removably lock with the first portion of the lock. The first and second portions of the lock have a locked state and are configured to unlock the locked state upon actuation of the lock control.
