  • Patent number: 11789113
Abstract: An evaluation device for obtaining a segmentation of an environment from a radar recording of the environment, that has an input interface configured to obtain initial training data, where the initial training data comprise radar data of the radar recording and initial characteristics of objects located in the environment recorded with a radar sensor that generates the radar recordings, and where the evaluation device is configured to forward propagate an artificial neural network with the initial training data to obtain second characteristics of the objects determined with the artificial neural network in the forward propagation, and to obtain weighting factors for neural connections of the artificial neural network through backward propagation of the artificial neural network with the differences between the second characteristics and the initial characteristics, in order to obtain the segmentation of the environment through renewed forward propagation with these radar data.

  • Patent number: 11784428
Abstract: A U-shaped band to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped band includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first arm connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second arm connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one arm snaps into a slot of the slotted structural member when in an engaged position. The slotted structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The receiver has arms to engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the band to the strut. The first clip strut has a first proximal end. The second clip strut has a second proximal end adjacent the first proximal end. The clip struts together define a first exterior surface and an opposing second exterior surface. The first spring portion connects the first clip strut to the second clip strut along the first exterior surface and the second spring portion connects the first clip strut to the second clip strut along the second exterior surface. The spring portions define therebetween a strut-securing area at the first and second proximal ends. • Publication number: 20230195541
Abstract: A cloud computing system can be configured to generate data models. A model optimizer of the cloud computing system can provision computing resources of the cloud computing system with a data model. A dataset generator of the cloud computing system can generate a synthetic dataset for training the data model. The computing resources can train the data model using the synthetic dataset. The model optimizer can store the data model and metadata of the data model in a model storage. The cloud computing system can receive production data from a data source by a production instance of the cloud computing system using a common file system. The production data can be processed using the data model by the production instance. The computing resources, the dataset generator, and the model optimizer can be hosted by separate virtual computing instances of the cloud computing system.

  • Publication number: 20220383316
Abstract: A trust platform receives transaction review values from a plurality of marketplace providers, each transaction review value associated with a person-to-person transaction. The platform weighs each transaction review value to generate a weighted transaction review value based on a characteristic of the transaction. A baseline individual trust score is generated based on an aggregation of the weighted transaction review values which reflects a “trust” attributable to a user. The trust platform is also configured to adjust new transaction review values based on the baseline individual trust score to render such review more accurate.

  • Patent number: 11504593
Abstract: A ground traversing, electrically driven drone travels along a preprogrammed path that corresponds to pass catcher's travel path during a play, matching the pass catcher's speed and run cuts. The play is wirelessly communicated to the drone by a handheld electronic device located remote of the drone. A target is located on the drone so that a quarterback can throw a football at the target in order to refine the quarterback's timing and accuracy for the play. Sensors onboard the drone track both the football's and quarterback's speed and travel trajectories so that such data can be collected, along with the drone's travel path, and stored onboard the drone's control unit and eventually fed into 3-D reconstruction software for analysis by the quarterback and coaching staff. The target rotates so that the target either faces in a fixed direction or constantly faces the quarterback during execution of drone's maneuvers.
