The fulcrum elements can contact a contact surface of a seat row assembly component, such that, when a baseframe tube clamp is assembled with a seat row assembly component and a baseframe tube, the baseframe tube clamp can press on the seat row assembly component via the fulcrum elements and press on the baseframe tube so as to restrict motion of the baseframe tube relative to the seat row assembly component.

Abstract: Described is a breakover mechanism for a passenger seat that includes a frame member with a rear portion attached to two opposing sides of a seat back of the passenger seat wherein the frame member is at least partially disposed under a seat pan of the passenger seat, at least one moving portion attached to a forward portion of the frame member, a carriage portion fixedly attached to the seat pan; and a single point mechanism attached to the carriage portion. Once a threshold loading condition occurs, the single point mechanism changes states to facilitate movement of the moving portion relative to the carriage portion.

Abstract: Described are assemblies that include elements of a tray table, such as for an air-craft or other passenger craft. A tray table body can be movable between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. A set of arms may support the table body relative to a seat back in the stowed configuration and in the deployed configuration. In response to movement of the seat back (such as in a crash scenario), the arms may permit release of a constraint of the tray table body that would otherwise inhibit the tray table body from moving with the seat back.

Abstract: There is provided a seat break over device. The seat break over device features linkage members that connect the seat back to the quadrant arm. In the static condition, the linkage member acts as a rigid member, constraining rotation of the seat back relative to the quadrant arm. Upon impact of a certain inertial force, the linkage member interacts with a weighted member. The weighted member may include a suspended weight or mass that pivots about a horizontal axis. During a gravity load of a certain amount (e.g., a 16 g event), inertial loads act on the weighted member/hammer, which transfers a force onto the linkage member. This force moves the linkage member into an unstable mode, allowing forward rotation of the seat back with respect to the quadrant arm.

In one embodiment, the portable medicine cooler includes: (1) a self-cooling and receiving structure including a thermoelectric cooler, a vial receiver and a heat sink, wherein the thermoelectric cooler thermally couples the vial receiver to the heat sink, (2) a battery configured to provide power to the thermoelectric cooler and (3) a thermoelectric cooler controller configured to employ the battery to control moving heat between the vial receiver and the heat sink based on an external temperature representing a temperature outside of the portable medicine cooler and an internal temperature representing a temperature of the vial receiver.
