  • Patent number: 11370469
Abstract: A collapsible child's stroller with a handle frame (30), a front wheel frame (10) and a rear wheel frame (20), mutually connected at a hinge joint (12, 22, 42) for mutual angular displacement between folded and unfolded configurations. The hinge joint has two spaced apart, parallel hinge axes, about which the frames (10, 20, 30) mutually rotate. The stroller is further provided with a locking element (43, 44) moveable between a locked position in which the frames (10, 20, 30) are locked in the unfolded configuration, and an unlocked position allowing the frames (10, 20, 30) to rotate to the folded configuration. The locking element (43, 44) moves in a direction traverse to the parallel hinge axes to better transfer loads between the frames.

  • Publication number: 20220198351
Abstract: System and methods are provided that contextually define interest index requirements for shared and autonomous vehicles. An interest index is computed based on detected contextual behavioral patterns of pedestrians such as the trajectory a candidate passenger is walking given a locational context. The use of the interest index allows users of shared vehicles to benefit from an enhanced user experience that seamlessly unlocks and/or provides access to features for autonomous vehicles based on the interest index.

  • Publication number: 20220194426
Abstract: An approach is provided for minimizing potential vehicle accident impacts based on accident/road link correlation and/or contextual data. The approach, for example, involves processing accident data, topology data, or a combination thereof associated with a road link to determine a potential negative impact on a passenger of a vehicle, the vehicle, or a combination thereof resulting from a potential accident on the road link. The approach also involves determining a seating position within the vehicle for the passenger, a navigation route for the vehicle, an activity for the passenger to perform or avoid while in the vehicle, a dynamic seat repositioning, or a combination thereof based on the potential negative impact. The approach further involves providing the seating position, the navigation route, the activity for the passenger, a dynamic seat repositioning, or a combination thereof as an output.
