  • Publication number: 20240097169
Abstract: A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell that generates power by being supplied with a reaction gas; an air pressure regulator that regulates an air pressure, which is a pressure of an oxidant gas passing through the fuel cell; and a control device that controls a power generation amount of the fuel cell. When the air pressure is higher than a predetermined high-pressure reference value while a required output to the fuel cell shows a decreasing tendency, the control device limits or delays a reduction in the power generation amount of the fuel cell in response to a decrease in the required output. Alternatively, when the air pressure is lower than a predetermined low-pressure reference value while the required output to the fuel cell shows an increasing tendency, the control device limits or delays an increase in the power generation amount of the fuel cell.

  • Publication number: 20240073787
Abstract: A closed subscriber group (CSG) cell allows use of subscribers. To receive the service by the CSG cell, a CSG-ID is notified to a user equipment, but cannot be obtained outside the reach of radio waves from a non-CSG cell. Base stations respectively provided to a CSG cell and a non-CSG cell, and access is made to the CSG cell with the use of a CSG-ID issued when use of the CSG cell is allowed, the base station refers to the notified identification information of a user equipment and then transmits a tracking area update request from the user equipment to a core network. The core network determines whether the user equipment is allowed to use the CSG cell and, if allowed, transmits a signal for assignment of radio resources to the user equipment and the CSG-ID. The user equipment accesses the CSG cell with the CSG-ID.

  • Publication number: 20230354262
Abstract: The present invention has an object to provide a communication system capable of avoiding congestion in downlink communication or uplink communication and a shortage of radio resources arising therefrom. In the present invention, in a communication system including a normal user equipment (normal UE) that performs human to human communication and a machine type communication device (MTCD) that performs machine to machine communication, a base station device transmits a paging message to the normal UE and the MTCD for calling the normal UE and the MTCD. The paging message contains, for example, an equipment identity (UE-ID). A maximum number of equipment identities (UE-IDs) that can be accommodated within this paging message is set individually for the normal UE and the MTCD. Alternatively, the paging message contains a calling indicator in place of the equipment identity of the MTCD (UE-ID of MTCD).

  • Patent number: 11743817
Abstract: A communication system includes a base station configuring an energy saving cell (ES cell) and a base station configuring a compensation cell (Comp cell). The ES cell is switchable between a switch-on state and a switch-off state. The Comp cell compensates for the coverage of the ES cell when the ES cell is in the switch-off state. Before the Comp cell starts compensating for the coverage, for example, before the ES cell decides to switch itself off in Step ST2101, in Step ST2201 for example, the base station configuring the ES cell notifies the UE being connected with the ES cell of the information about a Comp cell, for example, a Comp cell list.

  • Patent number: 11696293
Abstract: A mobile communication system capable of reducing energy consumption of a network node in a local area range. When judging that there is a shift trigger, a local eNB shifts from a normal operation to an energy saving operation. In the energy saving operation, the local eNB stops the operation of transmitting at least a part of downlink transmission signals to be transmitted to a user equipment (UE) and performs the operation of receiving an uplink transmission signal transmitted from the UE. When judging that it has received the uplink transmission signal (RACH) in the energy saving operation, the local eNB shifts to the normal operation.

Abstract: The present invention has an object to provide a communication system capable of minimizing effects due to a delay among a plurality of base station devices as much as possible in scheduling for communication with a terminal device in cooperation among the plurality of base station devices. Cells1 to 3 can each perform scheduling without using information for scheduling notified from one or a plurality of cells among pieces of information for scheduling notified from other cells. For example, in a case where an interface between the cell1 and cell3 has a large delay amount, the cell1 performs scheduling without using information S13 notified to the cell1 by the cell3, and the cell3 performs scheduling without using information S11 notified to the cell3 by the cell1.

  • Publication number: 20230091559
Abstract: In a communication system, an eNB and a UE transmit and receive a UE monitoring message for confirming the state of the UE in a predetermined UE monitoring period. For example, in UE monitoring periods, a UE monitoring procedure is performed, so that the UE transmits the UE monitoring message to the eNB. Upon receipt of the UE monitoring message, the eNB transmits delivery confirmation information to the UE. The UE monitoring period is set as, for example, a period shorter than a TAU period. This allows the UE monitoring process to confirm the state of the UE even if the TAU period is lengthened. The eNB may transmit the UE monitoring message to the UE.
