    Abstract: At least two energy storage devices are used to realize biphasic defibrillation therapy. One of the energy storage devices is the primary energy storage device and the other (e.g. second) energy storage device is the auxiliary energy storage device. The first energy storage device is used to implement both the first and second phase pulses of biphasic pulse therapy to the patient, and the second energy storage device can be used to assist in the first and/or second phase pulse. In other words, the second energy storage device may be combined with the first energy storage device to discharge electricity to the patient to realize the first and/or second phase pulse.

    Abstract: Provided is a multi-touch screen device that may calculate x and y orthogonal coordinates of a touch area even if a receiving/transmitting element is arranged on only one of the x-axis and the y-axis. The receiving/transmitting element is not arranged on both the x-axis and the y-axis so that an infrared ray scans a touch area in a matrix configuration, but an infrared receiving/transmitting element is arranged on only one of the x-axis and y-axis so that one receiving module sequentially scans the touch area using a right-angle scan measurement signal and an oblique-angle scan measurement signal. The multi-touch screen device may decrease the number of receiving/transmitting elements for use and solve a ghost image problem that occurs in a multi-touch operation that uses infrared rays.

When the pressing head aims at the workpiece, the controlling valve controls the piston chamber to pressurize the pressure cylinder assembly using pressurized gas from the pressure source, to drive the piston, the push rod and the tool to act on the workpiece.

    Abstract: A method for repairing a defect, such as a pinhole, on a photomask is described. In an example, a laser beam is used to form a matrix of laser burn spots in a substrate of the photomask proximate a defect, such as a pinhole, of the photomask. Each laser burn spot is formed at a focal point of the laser beam inside the substrate by melting a material of the substrate proximate to the defect. In an example, the defect is surrounded and covered by the matrix of laser burn spots. The matrix of laser burn spots can attenuate or block light from passing through the defect, such as the pinhole. The matrix of laser burn spots may repair the defect of the photomask without removing a pellicle and pellicle frame mounted on the photomask.

    Abstract: Semiconductor device fabrication equipment performs a PEOX (physical enhanced oxidation) process, and includes a remote plasma generator for cleaning a process chamber of the equipment. After a PEOX process has been preformed, a purging gas is supplied into the process chamber to purge the process chamber, and the remote plasma generator produces plasma using a first cleaning gas. Accordingly, a reactor of the remote plasma generator is cleaned by the first cleaning gas plasma. Subsequently, the purging gas is supplied to purge the process chamber, and the remote plasma generator produces plasma using a second cleaning gas to remove the first cleaning gas plasma from the remote plasma generator and the process chamber. Finally, full flush operations are performed to remove any gases remaining in the process chamber.
