    Abstract: A motor protecting circuit is provided. A first terminal of each of high-side transistors is coupled to a power supply voltage. When the overvoltage detector circuit determines that the power supply voltage of the output circuit is higher than a voltage threshold, the overvoltage detector circuit outputs an overvoltage detected signal to a controller circuit. According to the overvoltage detected signal, the controller circuit controls a driver circuit to turn on at least one of the high-side transistors and at least one of the low-side transistors at the same time.

The feedback detection unit detects an output current of a designated phase circuit, and if the output current flows out, a voltage regulation signal is output until the output current is 0, and a lower bridge turn-off signal is output. The voltage adjusting unit adjusts the voltage of the output node to be close to a predetermined voltage.

In one novel aspect, an SI-paging and a call-paging are transmitted separately, and scheduled by SI-Paging-DCI and call-Paging-DCI respectively. In one embodiment, a special PO is introduced for stand-alone SI-Paging scheduled by SI-Paging-DCI, and the special PO is different from the PO for call-Paging. In another novel aspect, SI-Paging is scheduled together with call-paging in the same PDSCH scheduled by call-Paging-DCI. In one embodiment, the SI-paging carries a value tag and a bitmap, wherein the value tag indicates whether any SI updates, and the bitmap indicates which one or more SIs updates. In another embodiment, the SI-Paging carries several valuetags, and the number of valuetag corresponds to the number of SI. The UE compares a current valuetag to a stored valuetag to verify whether a SI changes.

    Abstract: Direct current-direct current (DC-DC) converters including buck converters are described. These DC-DC converters may be configured to reduce oscillations that would otherwise arise in the output reference voltage due to ringing effects without significantly lengthening the duration of the transient period. These DC converters may leverage a feedback voltage generated by sensing the current flowing through the inductor of the buck converter. The feedback voltage may compared to a threshold, and the signal resulting from the comparison may be used to vary the reference voltage. The DC-DC converter may be operated in a “partial reset mode,” in which the voltage generated by sensing the inductor's current is reduced to a value greater than zero in response to the feedback voltage reaching the threshold. Reducing the sense voltage in this manner may reduce the duration of the transient period.

The pavement asphalt mixture is made to adapt to and be enough to bear additional loads increased manifold without generating early defects and road diseases. Therefore, the overall service life of a road is further prolonged.
