Abstract: Systems and techniques for pattern-based power-and-ground (PG) routing and via rule based via creation are described. A pattern for routing PG wires can be received. Next, an instantiation strategy may be received, wherein the instantiation strategy specifies an area of an integrated circuit (IC) design layout where PG wires based on the pattern are to be instantiated and specifies one or more net identifiers that are to be assigned to the instantiated PG wires. The PG wires can be instantiated in the IC design layout based on the pattern and the instantiation strategy. Additionally, a set of via rules can be received, wherein each via rule specifies a type of via that is to be instantiated at an intersection between two PG wires that are in two different metal layers. Next, one or more vias can be instantiated in the IC design layout based on the set of via rules.

Abstract: A health check path evaluation indicator building system and a method thereof, a device therewith and a computer program product thereof are provided. The health check evaluation indicator building method includes the following steps. A visualization process is performed to produce source graphic data on a plurality of features and attributes according to a time series, wherein each of the source graphic data includes a group number. Then, a similarity comparison is performed between the source graphic data and a plurality of target graphic data with the same group number to produce a plurality of similarity scores, where the minimum thereof corresponds to role model graphic data. Based on the role model graphic data, one of a best proposal and an alternative proposal is selected and a result thereof is fed back after execution. The disclosure also includes the health check evaluation indicator building system to embody the above method.

Abstract: A method of making a Zr-rich amorphous alloy article includes providing a Zr-rich master alloy made of an Zr—Cu—Al—Ni—Nb alloy, in which the purity of the raw Zr is substantially in a range of 98% to 99.9%; providing a vacuum induction furnace, and melting the Zr-rich master alloy in the furnace at a temperature in a range of 1100 degrees Celsius to 1200 degrees Celsius; cooling the master alloy to a temperature in a range from 800 degrees Celsius to 900 degrees Celsius in 30 min to 40 min; casting the master alloy into ingots, and then cooling the ingots to a temperature in a range from 200 degrees Celsius to 350 degrees Celsius; and die casting the alloy ingots to obtain Zr-rich amorphous alloy articles with thicknesses in a range of 0.5 mm to 2 mm. A Zr-rich amorphous alloy article made by the above-mentioned method is further provided.

The method performs a moving object foreground detection on each of the images, so as to obtain a first foreground detection image comprising a plurality of moving objects.
