Abstract: A waist training machine comprises a base; a swing seat, an upper side thereof being installed with a transfer wheel retainer, and another end thereof being installed with a crank retaining seat; a swing unit installed below the swing seat for driving the swing seat to move leftwards and rightwards; a transfer wheel set having a driving wheel and two cranks at two sides; a crank having a first linkage and a second linkage pivotally connected to the first linkage; a driving unit having at least one servo motor for driving the transfer wheel set to rotate; and a saddle combined to the first linkage of the crank. By aforementioned elements, the saddle can move forwards and forwards, upwards and backwards, and leftwards and rightwards.
