Abstract: The present invention provides implementation and communication methods, an apparatus and a system of a virtual subscriber identity module. The implementation method includes: receiving a VSIM application request sent by a terminal, where the VSIM application request carries an identifier of a VSIM desired by the terminal; obtaining corresponding VSIM installation information according to the identifier of the desired VSIM; and sending the VSIM installation information to the terminal, so that the terminal installs the VSIM according to the VSIM installation information. The embodiments of the present invention effectively solve a problem where an existing mobile operator network does not support the VSIM, and provide an effective and convenient operation scheme for an existing domestic or international roaming service.

Abstract: A new pharmaceutically acceptable salt of hydroxysafflor yellow A as presented in formula (I), in particular new monomer compounds of potassium, ammonium, calcium, and magnesium salts of hydroxysafflor yellow A, preparation method therefor, and medical uses thereof are provided. Compared to hydroxysafflor yellow A, the hydroxysafflor yellow A pharmaceutical salts of the present invention have a purity of at least 98% and are monomer compounds that are safer, more effective, stable, and controllable. The salts have the effects against PAF- or ADP-induced platelet aggregation, and can be used in treating blood circulatory disorders such as platelet aggregation, coronary artery diseases, angina, and acute cerebral ischemia to the effect comparable to hydroxysafflor yellow A, wherein, n and M are defined as in the description.

Abstract: Many of the current IMS standards and enriched services were originally designed for the individual subscribers that are serviced by the wireless network. However, the IMS standards do not fully address the problem of providing the IMS enriched services and features to users connected to a PBX. The present invention discloses a method for providing IMS enriched services and features to users connected to a PBX or an IP-PBX. Access to network services can be secured through a web-friendly interface via the IMS, enabling third-party developers, service providers and even subscribers to self-manage their service experience while the network operator retains control over network resources.

Abstract: A data transmission method is provided. The method includes: establishing, by a first NAT-T sub-module of a TCP server proxy module, a transmission channel with a second NAT-T sub-module of a TCP client proxy module via a NAT-T signal server; and transmitting, by a client, a data packet to a server module in the transmission channel via the TCP server proxy module and the TCP client proxy module; wherein when a first reliable transmission sub-module of the TCP server proxy module and a second reliable transmission sub-module of the TCP client proxy module receive the data packet, the first reliable transmission sub-module and the second reliable transmission sub-module detect the transmission channel and the data packet, and suitably control the transmission channel and the data packet according to a detection result so that the data packet is reliably forwarded between the client module and the server module.

Abstract: Efficient processing and/or routing of emergency calls in an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) for VoIP (Voice over IP) subscribers can be enabled. In one aspect, an E911 profile is generated, for example, by an application server, for each VoIP subscriber based in part on current location information associated with the subscriber, such as, the subscriber's IP address. The E911 profile is pushed to the HSS (Home Subscriber Server) of the IMS. The E911 profile can then be stored in the HSS and can be queried by an E-CSCF (Emergency Call Session Control Function) during emergency call processing. Moreover, when an emergency call is received from the subscriber, the E-CSCF can retrieve the E911 profile associated with the subscriber from the HSS and route the call to an appropriate PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) based on an analysis of the information in the E911 profile.

Abstract: A hydroxysafflor yellow A sodium compound as shown in a formula (I) and preparation as well as medicinal application thereof are provided. According to the present invention, the safflower is utilized as a raw material. A monomer pharmaceutical compound, the hydroxysafflor yellow A sodium, is obtained by sufficient processes, and a purity thereof is surely above 98.5%. Therefore, the hydroxysafflor yellow A sodium is a monomer compound, which is safer, more effective, more stable and more controllable than hydroxysafflor yellow A, for treating blood circulation disorders such as platelet aggregation, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and acute cerebral ischemia.
