    Abstract: An electric lock includes an input unit, a main controller electrically connected to the input unit, a driving module, a motor connected to the driving module, and a motor controller independent of the main controller and storing control parameters of the motor. The main controller includes a processing unit configured to control the input unit to receive a user input. When the main controller receives the user input and determines that the motor controller is in a sleep mode, the main controller transmits a wake-up signal to the motor controller for waking up the motor controller. When the motor controller is woken up, the main controller transmits a control signal to the motor controller, and the motor controller controls the motor to drive the driving module to drive a predetermined mechanism of the electric lock to move according to the control signal and the control parameters of the motor.

Alignment management component (AMC) can retrieve respective configuration parameter data items relating to respective configuration parameters associated with respective resource-related identifiers, and respective metadata items associated with the respective resource-related identifiers, from a configuration data store; and retrieve respective DNS records from respective DNS name servers, based on analyzing the respective metadata items associated with respective DNS records. For each resource-related identifier that is supposed to have a corresponding DNS record, based on the result of analyzing the respective configuration parameter data items and respective DNS records, AMC can determine whether the resource-related identifier has a corresponding DNS record stored in the DNS name server indicated by the metadata item.

According to the present application, a problem where an existing mobile operator network does not support the VSIM is effectively solved, and an effective and convenient operation scheme is provided for an existing domestic or international roaming service.

The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) screening fecal bacteria donors using high-throughput sequencing; (2) collecting feces of the fecal bacteria donors screened in step (1), and preparing a fecal bacterial liquid; and (3) mixing the fecal bacterial liquid prepared in step (2) with a freeze-drying protective agent, cooling, freezing and vacuum-drying the mixture, and loading the freeze-dried feces bacteria powder obtained into a capsule shell to obtain the whole bacteria capsule. By screening the fecal bacteria donors using high-throughput sequencing, fecal bacteria donors can be quickly screened for different fecal bacteria receptors, and the whole bacteria capsule prepared can accurately match with the fecal bacteria receptors.
