    Abstract: Described are methods, systems, and devices for correcting ionospheric error. In some aspects, a mobile device equipped with a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver is configured to determine a positioning measurement of a GNSS signal. The mobile device is further configured to receive augmentation data from an augmentation system. When the mobile device is unable to obtain newer augmentation data, the mobile device can instead obtain augmentation data associated with historical Total Electron Content (TEC) values. In such instances, the augmentation data will have been generated to represent ionospheric delay during a time period that ended before the augmentation data is obtained. Based on the augmentation data associated with historical TEC values and a pierce point of the received GNSS signal, an ionospheric error in the positioning measurement of the GNSS signal can be determined and corrected.

    Abstract: A method for pre-positioning a rotor of an outdoor fan in a counter-rotation state before operation includes: 1) during a counter-operation state, sending, by a microprocessor, a signal to the inverter circuit to turn off all upper electronic switching tubes and turn on all lower electronic switching tubes; 2) measuring a phase current of each phase coil winding in the stator assembly; 3) calculating a back electromotive force of each phase coil winding in the stator; 4) calculating a position angle of the rotor assembly; 5) checking if the phase current of each phase coil winding is all smaller than a preset threshold current; if not, return to 1); if yes, proceed to 6); and 6) calculating a resistance torque to stop the rotor assembly based on the position angle of the rotor assembly, and then stopping the rotor assembly to achieve pre-positioning of the rotor before starting.

The first reflector includes a first resonant circuit, the first resonant circuit includes a first capacitive part and a first inductive part that are connected in parallel. A resonance frequency of the first resonant circuit is within the second frequency band, and an equivalent electrical length of any part other than the first resonant circuit in the first reflector is less than one half of the wavelength of the second frequency band.

Based on the measured first channel characteristics, the UE may predict channel characteristics of the second serving cell for one or more beam prediction resources of the set. As such, the UE may transmit a CSI report including an indication of the predicted channel characteristics according to the CSI report setting.

    Abstract: A method for performing robot dynamic path modification using a remote tool center point (RTCP) coordinate frame, for applications such as material dispensing. A processing tool is fixedly mounted in a workcell and the robot holds and moves the workpiece during the processing. The RTCP coordinate frame is defined at the tip of the tool. A nominal processing path on the workpiece is defined, and a prescribed offset distance from the tip of the tool to the workpiece is defined. A sensor measures the actual offset distance from the tool tip to the workpiece. A controller applies the offset in the RTCP coordinate frame and calculates robot motions causing the robot to move the workpiece nominal path past the tool tip at the offset distance. The controller converts the offset from the RTCP frame to a workcell frame, and performs inverse kinematics calculations to generate robot joint motion commands.
