A frame generator generates a frame in which the CAZAC sequence is arranged as part of a preamble before a payload including actual data. A continuous wave (CW) generator generates and outputs a CW signal. A multiplexer receives the CW signal output by the CW generator, and arranges and outputs the CW signal in a position before a signal output by the frame generator.
