  • Publication number: 20170092356
Abstract: A memory driving device and a method thereof applied for a RRAM array are provided. The memory driving device includes a voltage generator, a current detector, and a controller. The voltage generator generates a write voltage. An RRAM cell of the RRAM array is selected according to a selection signal for receiving the program voltage to generate a program current. The current detector detects the program current. The controller executes a driving procedure which includes: obtaining a voltage distribution for the program voltage; determining the initial voltage and the maximum voltage of the program voltage according to the voltage distribution; gradually increasing the program voltage from the initial voltage to the maximum voltage; determining whether the program current exceeds the reference current; and selecting another RRAM cell when the write current exceeds the reference current.

  • Publication number: 20170078830
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for resource allocation for a physical data channel. In one novel aspect, the UE obtains plurality definitions of resource block and selects one definition of resource block based on one or more selection conditions. The plurality definitions of resource block have reduced number of resource elements as the standard PRB pair. In one embodiment, the UE selects a definition of resource block based on conditions including a physical channel data type, a UE type of MTC, a transmission mode of coverage enhancement, and a transmission type of small data transmission. In another novel aspect, long TTI resource allocation is used. The UE determines a TTI length of a transport block based on corresponding resource block assignment with more than two consecutive time domain subframes such that the transport block fit in the assigned resource blocks.

  • Publication number: 20170071037
Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) device including an LED module and a driver is provided. The LED module includes a voltage sensing module and an LED. The voltage sensing module generates a reference voltage. The driver includes a power converting module, a current processing module, a feedback module and a controller module. The power converting module converts an alternating current (AC) into a driving current for driving the LED to emit a light. The current processing module converts the driving current into a sensing voltage. The feedback module compares the sensing voltage with a reference voltage and outputs a level signal according to a magnitude relationship of the sensing voltage and the reference voltage. The controller module outputs a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to the power converting module according to the level signal. The power converting module controls the magnitude of the driving current according to the PWM signal.

  • Publication number: 20170046645
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for interaction management systems. The method commences upon receiving a first incoming communication pertaining to a first task, and launching a first task-centered context user interface being initially populated with a first screen device selected in response to the type of incoming communication (e.g., a phone call icon, etc.). An agent interacts with the client by responding to the incoming communication. Then, the method receives a second incoming communication pertaining to the same first task; and populates the first task-centered context user interface with a second screen device appropriate for the second incoming communication (e.g., a chat UI, etc.). Additional new incoming events are routed to its corresponding task-centered context (or a new task-centered context is created).
