    Abstract: Techniques for inspecting a substrate can include scanning the substrate across a plurality of scan positions using an interrogation beam having a width substantially equal to or greater than a diameter of at least one surface feature on a surface of the substrate to generate scanning results. A set of raw centroid calculation results can be generated based on the scanning results. An error property can be determined and removed from the raw centroid calculation results to generated refined centroid calculation results. A characteristic of the surface feature can be determined based on the centroid calculation results.

    Abstract: A system receives ETL specification for processing stream data, including a transform operation represented using a database query specification. The system generates a dataflow graph of a sequence of database queries by decomposing the database query into a first database query that generates an intermediate results table, and a second database query that receives as input the intermediate results table and outputs data used for performing the transform operation. The system executes the sequence of database queries for performing the transform operation on stream data received from the source. When receiving an incremental data set, the system determines an output change set based on the received incremental data set by traversing an execution plan and processing each operator in the execution plan, and computing a change set of a particular operator from the change sets output by the one or more other operators based on the incremental data set.

The system may include a memory to store data and a processing device coupled to the memory. The processing device causes a tinting state of an electrochromic device to correspond to a first tinting state, receives first sensor data corresponding to a first point in time after causing the tinting state to correspond to the first tinting state, and receives second sensor data corresponding to a second point in time that is a period of time after the first point in time. The period of time is without directing change of tinting state of the electrochromic device. In response to determining, based on the first and second sensor data, that a corrective action is to be performed for the electrochromic device, the processing device causes the corrective action to be performed for the electrochromic device.

    Abstract: Recombinant human type III collagen for promoting angiogenesis, and a preparation method and an application method thereof are provided, which relate to the field of genetic engineering technologies. The amino acid of the recombinant human type III collagen is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The method replaces nine different sites of a full-length natural type III collagen with a GFOGER sequence from type I collagen specifically binding to integrin sites, thereby enhancing promote angiogenic function without changing a total length of natural full-length amino acids. Meanwhile, the method replaces four natural integrin sites with lower adhesion rates, thus the recombinant type III collagen have higher adhesion, to further promote angiogenesis. Through this modification method, the angiogenesis rate will be increased by more than 37%, and the molecular weight of protein translated by the recombinant human type III collagen is moderate, making it easy to prepare.

    Abstract: Provided is an in-situ testing apparatus for a material mechanical behavior under neutron and X-ray fusion imaging, belonging to that technical field of material mechanical behavior testing. The in-situ testing apparatus includes a mechanical loading test module, a positioning support module, a variable temperature loading module, an X-ray phase contrast imaging module, and a neutron imaging module. The imaging sensitivity is high by adopting X-ray phase contrast imaging. A moving base can drive spatial positions of modules such as a test cassette and a neutron imaging module. A neutron receiver and a neutron upstream emitter can be matched to the same axis, thus solving the problem that the neutron imaging module and the X-ray imaging are difficult to be integrated into one system.
