    Abstract: A semiconductor structure is provided including a backside source/drain contact structure that contacts a source/drain region of a transistor and overlaps a portion of a tri-layered bottom dielectric isolation structure that is located on a backside of the transistor. The presence of the tri-layered bottom dielectric isolation structure prevents shorting between the gate structure of the transistor and the backside source/drain contact structure, and thus improves process margin.

The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

    Abstract: A remote display synchronization technique preserves the presence of a local display device for a remotely-rendered video stream. A server and a client device cooperate to dynamically determine a target frame rate for a stream of rendered frames suitable for the current capacities of the server and the client device and networking conditions. The server generates from this target frame rate a synchronization signal that serves as timing control for the rendering process. The client device may provide feedback to instigate a change in the target frame rate, and thus a corresponding change in the synchronization signal. In this approach, the rendering frame rate and the encoding frequency may be “synchronized” in a manner consistent with the capacities of the server, the network, and the client device, resulting in generation, encoding, transmission, decoding, and presentation of a stream of frames that mitigates missed encoding of frames while providing acceptable latency.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for connection setup in an orbital angular momentum (OAM)-based communication system are described. A first device and a second device may establish an OAM communications connection between the devices. The first device and the second device may exchange a series of messages over a downlink communications link and an uplink communications link according to an OAM mode. Based on OAM related parameters or OAM related information included in the messages, the first device and the second device may achieve a successful directional alignment (co-axial alignment) between the first device and the second device. The first device and the second device may determine one or more orbital angular momentum modes for communication between the first device and the second device based on the establishing the directional alignment.
