    Abstract: Systems and techniques for facilitating a deep convolutional neural network with self-transfer learning are presented. In one example, a system includes a machine learning component, a medical imaging diagnosis component and a visualization component. The machine learning component generates learned medical imaging output regarding an anatomical region based on a convolutional neural network that receives medical imaging data. The machine learning component also performs a plurality of sequential downsampling and upsampling of the medical imaging data associated with convolutional layers of the convolutional neural network. The medical imaging diagnosis component determines a classification and an associated localization for a portion of the anatomical region based on the learned medical imaging output associated with the convolutional neural network.

In response to a determination that the actuation condition of the photosensitive detection component is not satisfied, the tilt angle detection component may be actuated.

The method in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes: when a physical uplink control channel PUCCH format 2x resource needs to be allocated to user equipment UE, obtaining a multiplexing degree of a format 2x resource block RB in a current cell to which the UE belongs, determining a format 2x RB with a lowest multiplexing degree in the current cell, and when multiple format 2x RBs in the current cell have the lowest multiplexing degree, selecting one of the format 2x RBs; and allocating, to the UE, a PUCCH format 2x resource on the selected format 2x RB with the lowest multiplexing degree. The embodiments of the present disclosure ensure even UE multiplexing degrees of different format 2x RBs, reduce intersymbol interference on a PUCCH format 2x resource, and improve PUCCH demodulation performance.

One end portion of the heat pipe is connected to the bottom board, and the end portion has an open portion in communication with the heat pipe and the vapor chamber. The second capillary structure has a connected portion exposed by means of the open portion. The third capillary structure is connected to the first capillary structure and the connected portion, so that the first and second capillary structures are in communication with each other. Accordingly, holistic thermal conduction can be achieved, and the vapor chamber incorporating the heat pipe can provide the desired heat dissipation effect.
