    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a system pertaining to the field of oil production engineering. According to the method, the crank complete-cycle operation uses a utility frequency driving mode, and the crank incomplete-cycle pumping operation and the crank incomplete-cycle no-pumping, operation use a variable, frequency driving mode. The system is provided with a utility frequency loop and a variable frequency loop which are provided with a common input terminal and a common output terminal. The common input terminal of the utility frequency loop and the variable frequency loop is connected to a utility frequency power supply circuit, and the output terminal is connected to a driving electric machine of the oil pumping unit. A frequency changer is configured in the variable frequency loop. An operation control unit is further configured outside the utility frequency loop and the variable frequency loop.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques for training an auto-encoder on a single class are presented. In one example, a system trains an auto-encoder based on first data associated with a first class to generate a trained auto-encoder. The system also applies, using a multiplier, gain data indicative of a gain value to second data associated with the first class and third data associated with a second class to generate enhanced input data that represents a differentiation between the second data associated with the first class and the third data associated with the second class. An input enhancer comprises the trained auto-encoder and the multiplier. Furthermore, the system trains a convolutional neural network based on the enhanced input data to generate a trained convolutional neural network. The system also classifies the first class and the second class based on the input enhancer and the trained convolutional neural network.

Furthermore, the preparation method of the organic dye according to the present invention is quite simple together with abundant raw materials and low cost, making it possible to be commercialized.
