    Abstract: A wheel rim covering structure of the invention includes: one cover body, which has a cover surface and ring spoke edge is formed on it. Many costal bodies and engraved holes are sit on the cover surface, and the shrinking hole edge of each engraved hole would form an end hole at the backside of the cover surface. The hole edge is equipped with a plastic made fastener assembly which was formed as one with the cover body. Such fastener assembly each has a suitable length stem. A buckling part would be set at one end of the stem to co-surround to establish the first ring diameter and has the first height, from ring spoke edge to the end of the fastener assembly part. By means of stem of the fastener assembly extends into the engraved holes of wheel rim and the buckling part would buckle up the inner edge of each engraved hole respectively. Hence, the whole wheel rim cover body could be poisoned stably.

The present provides a cleaning liquid and a cleaning method both capable of removing photoresists or its deposits and attached articles on the surface of treated substances such as organosiloxane-based anti-reflection film, configuration protective coat or so without corroding the treated substances, particularly low dielectric constant film, group IX metals of the Periodic Table and their alloy, and group XI metals of the Periodic Table.

The method and system also provide a mechanism that permits a user to examine details of each sensor in the plurality of sensors at any given time. In addition, the method and system are capable of categorizing each fault in the fault status using one or more properties or categorizing criteria. The method and system also permit sensors to be tested such that different operating models may be examined by utilizing different sensors.

The vertical antenna is positioned at a second location in the EMI chamber. The processing unit is coupled to the vertical antenna and the horizontal antenna for transforming and analyzing the vertical electric wave and the horizontal electric wave.

    Abstract: A film bulk acoustic wave filter assembly includes a film bulk acoustic filter and an RF circuit. The film bulk acoustic filter unit cell includes a plurality of film bulk acoustic wave resonators. The number, area and arrangement of the resonators depend on the characteristics of the filter. In the film bulk acoustic wave filter, a metal layer made by CMOS processes is used as a lower electrode area of the film bulk acoustic wave filter or a suspended chamber.
