  • Patent number: 7409784
Abstract: An electricity-producing shoe comprises a shoe body including an electricity-producing module and an electricity generator mounted therein. The electricity-producing module includes a rack, first and second gears, and a spring buffer that mounts between the first and second gears. The first and second gears are engaged with the rack and an axial gear of the electricity generator, respectively. The electricity generator has an electricity output terminal connected to an electric device of the shoe body. As a result, the rack drives the first gear and the second gear drives the axial gear of the electricity generator by means of normal stepping motion of walking for producing electric power and thereby supplying the electric power for the electric device.

  • Patent number: 7408266
Abstract: A shock-absorbable electricity-producing apparatus comprises an electricity generator and an electricity-producing module. The electricity-producing module includes a rack, first and second gears, and a spring buffer. The rack is synchronously driven by a shock absorber. The spring buffer is located between the first and second gears. The first and second gears are engaged with the rack and an axial gear of the electricity generator, respectively. An electricity output terminal of the electricity generator is connected to an electric device. As a result, the rack drives the first gear by means of gravity drop that forms during movement of the shock absorber to enable the electricity generator to produce electricity. Consequently, the shock-absorbable electricity-producing apparatus absorbs shocks and produces the electricity insensibly without causing burden and resistance.

  • Publication number: 20080116748
Abstract: A multi-function power storage device comprises a socket means and a rechargeable battery. The socket means has a power plug, at least a socket, and a coupling switch mounted thereon. An inverter and an automatic switch are mounted in the rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery has a corresponding coupling switch, a charge gauge, and at least an output terminal mounted on the outside. The socket means can be coupled with the rechargeable battery by using the coupling switches, and the power plug can be inserted into an indoor socket for indoor use so that other electric appliance's plug can be inserted into the socket means and the rechargeable battery can be charged simultaneously. As a result, the multi-function power storage device becomes an uninterruptible power supply system during a power failure. In addition, the rechargeable battery can be carried to the outsides for charging the car or other electric appliances urgently.

  • Publication number: 20080111424
Abstract: An improved structure of power storage device comprises at least three power sources and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. The at least three power sources comprise a commercial power service and anyone selected from a fuel generator, a solar power generator, a wind power generator, a battery generator, and a fuel cell generator. The UPS system has a built-in power source selector. The UPS system has an output terminal for coupling with an electric appliance and an input terminal for connection with the at least three power sources via the power source selector. As a result, the UPS system becomes a power supply and the built-in power source selector selects another power source during the commercial power interruption so as to enable the electric appliance to work normally until the commercial power interruption is over.

  • Patent number: 7361999
Abstract: A human power generation system includes a generation module and a generator. The generation module includes two speed-up great sets and a rack. Each speed-up gear set includes a shaft to which a pinion and a gear are coaxially mounted. The pinion of the first gear set engages the rack. The gear of the first gear set engages the pinion of the second gear set. The gear of the second gear set is drivingly coupled to the generator. Thus, by attaching the system to a wearer by a mounting device, the systems continuously operates by the natural activity of the wearer and the rack drives, through the gear sets, the generator to generate electrical power.
