Abstract: A modularized card reader is disclosed. The modularized card reader comprises a base and several card-reading units, wherein a memory card receiving opening and a transmission interface are disposed respectively on the base and the card-reading units for assembling and stacking thereof by using an assembly device on the transmission interface so as to form a selective type all-in-one card reader. Therefore, the users can gather up the same type or the different types of small capacity memory cards to form a lager capacity memory card according to the desired amount or type of their practical requirement. Thus, the older memory card will not be discarded any more and can be used persistently. It complies with economic benefits and environmental protection. Moreover, the modularized card reader complied with the future development can be used persistently, and therefore provided with superior utilization.

Abstract: An interactive toy having a toy body is provided. The toy body of the interactive toy comprises a recording device and a display device to enable users to record images and sounds that are desired to be shown. By way of the sensors that are located on each location of the toy body, different signals can be inputted into the control processing unit. The control processing unit enables the display device to display the corresponding pre-recorded show so that an interaction purpose is achieved. The toy body also comprises a signal comparing processing unit that is used to analyze and compare the inputted signal to perform a specific response, to enhance the interaction, and to provide a language-learning function. Thus, the child can see his parents' images or hear his parents' sounds through the toy's responses. Accordingly, an interaction purpose between the parents and their child is achieved. Also, by using the interactive toy, the child will feel that his parents are accompanying him.

Abstract: An apparatus for monitoring and recording audio and video is disclosed. The apparatus of the present invention is set on a car, house, or specific location to capture image of any angle by an image capture device located thereon. The image is then transmitted to a main machine located inside the car or the house. The main machine is able to record and show image and voice for monitoring so that if an accident occurred the accident cause can be ascertained by the help of the main machine to restore the moment of occurring accident. The main machine can be demounted to provide with various and convenient utilizations. The main machine is connected to the base, in which a reading unit and a memory socket are located thereon, through a transmitting interface for reading and storing data in the memory card. The stored data can be shown by using other electronic apparatuses. A charging circuit is set on the base, so that the main machine is charged through the base.

Abstract: A card for video/audio recording and playback, wherein a machine is combined with the card. A recording device, a playback device, and a storage device are located on the machine. By the use of the recording device the card sender can record his image and voice at any time to provide a card with stereophonic and dynamic image and voice, so as to convey the card sender's greeting lively. In addition, by the use of the playback device a lively linkage is produced between the card sender and receiver so as to provide the card receiver with a live reality feeling, as face to face, and to provide an impressive convey method. The card receiver can store the file recorded by the card sender for editing, modifying, and utilizing through the storage device.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a multimedia recorder, which comprises a body, the body has a recording means for recording, a broadcasting means for broadcasting and a fastening member for bonding the body on a gift and being a part of a packing of the body and the gift; the body further has a LCD for displaying video information. Hence, the gift with the function of dynamic expression is able to vividly and brightly state the greeting from a gift sender and presented to a gift receiver face to face. Additionally the audio and video information is changeable.

Abstract: A clamp type multimedia recorder includes a main body in which a recording unit and an audio device are arranged and a clamp the selectively attaches the main body to a document folder. The main body is selectively provided with liquid crystal display to display images, which upgrades document communication from a traditional two-dimensional stationary style to a three-dimensional active style of text, voice and image synchronous communication. The clamp type multimedia recorder provides a live-like face-to-face interactive communication that is exact, vivid and effective communication and allows for modification of the data recorded.

Abstract: An audio player includes a processor, a FM transmitter electrically connected to the processor to transmit low power frequency, a USB interface electrically connected to the processor for connection with other appliance, a controller electrically connected to the processor and having at least one key to correspond to and control options in the processor, a display electrically connected to the processor to display the selected option in the processor by the controller, a storage electrically connected to the processor to store information therein, a decoder electrically connected to the processor to decode digital audio information so that the digital audio information is converted to digital information and an analog/digital converter electrically connected to the decoder to convert the decoded digital information to audio signal to enable other appliance to properly play the audio signal directly.

Abstract: A conversion device includes a mounting device sized and shaped to fit in a cassette deck of a cassette tape player. The mounting device forms a cutoff zone defined by opposite side edges into which a playing device for compression/decompression, storage and playback of digital sounds is received. Slots are defined in the side edges of the cutoff zone and corresponding projections are formed in opposite sides of the playing device for slidably engaging the slots of the cutoff zone of the mounting device. A signal converter is provided between the playing device and mounting device for receiving MP3 signals from the playing device and converting the MP3 signals into signals recognizable by the cassette tape player.
