  • Publication number: 20250077180
Abstract: A digital compute-in-memory (DCIM) macro includes a memory cell array and an arithmetic logic unit (ALU). The memory cell array stores weight data of a neural network. The ALU receives parallel bits of a same input channel in an activation input, and generates a convolution computation output of the parallel bits and target weight data in the memory cell array.

  • Publication number: 20250077282
Abstract: A digital compute-in-memory (DCIM) system includes a first DCIM macro. The first DCIM macro includes a first memory cell array and a first arithmetic logic unit (ALU). The first memory cell array has N rows that are configured to store weight data of a neural network in a single weight data download session, wherein N is a positive integer not smaller than two. The first ALU is configured to receive a first activation input, and perform convolution operations upon the first activation input and a single row of weight data selected from the N rows of the first memory cell array to generate first convolution outputs.

  • Publication number: 20240419082
Abstract: A method includes: protecting a mask of a mask assembly by a frame thereon during translating the mask assembly to a position associated with a region of a substrate, the frame having height less than a focal plane associated with a selected particle size; directing extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation toward the mask; reflecting radiation carrying a pattern of the mask toward the mask layer; forming a feature of a semiconductor device in a layer underlying the mask layer according to the pattern.

  • Publication number: 20240353763
Abstract: A reticle includes a border section surrounding a pattern section, and gas openings arranged in and passing through the border section. The gas openings are coupled to a gas supply. Each gas opening extends in a first direction inclined to and forming an angle with a reticle center axis that extends perpendicularly away from a front surface of the reticle, and is configured to blow a pressurized gas in the first direction away from the front surface to create an air wall adjacent to and surrounding the front surface, thereby advantageously preventing particles from falling on the front surface of the reticle.

  • Publication number: 20130333136
Abstract: A shower ball structure includes a body, a bonder and an outer net. The body has a plurality of polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are made of recycled PET bottles. The polyester fibers are intertwined, stacked or woven with each other so that the body is formed as band-shaped. The polyester fibers define a plurality of grid members therebetween. The grid members are uniformly located on the body. The outer net covers the body. The outer net and the body are folded together again and again until the body with the outer net is formed as ball-shaped. The bonder tightly binds the middle part of the body with the outer net. Two sides of the body with the outer net are both fluffy because the polyester fibers are flexible. Thus a user pours the shower gel onto the shower ball structure to clean the dusts on the skin.

  • Patent number: 8141196
Abstract: A clean device with decorating strip includes a belt and at least one decorating strip received in the belt. The belt is composed of elastic nets and has a hollow oblong shaped structure. At least one decorating strip is inserted into the hollow structure of the belt and received in the belt. A lateral side of the belt including the at least one decorating strip are reiteratively overlapped to form a folded structure having multiple layers formed on two ends of the folded structure. A fastening means is tightened a middle section of the folded structure.
