SHOWER BALL STRUCTURE

A shower ball structure includes a body, a bonder and an outer net. The body has a plurality of polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are made of recycled PET bottles. The polyester fibers are intertwined, stacked or woven with each other so that the body is formed as band-shaped. The polyester fibers define a plurality of grid members therebetween. The grid members are uniformly located on the body. The outer net covers the body. The outer net and the body are folded together again and again until the body with the outer net is formed as ball-shaped. The bonder tightly binds the middle part of the body with the outer net. Two sides of the body with the outer net are both fluffy because the polyester fibers are flexible. Thus a user pours the shower gel onto the shower ball structure to clean the dusts on the skin.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a structure, and more particularly to a shower ball structure.

2. Description of Related Art

It is not enough to clean off the dusts and bacteria only by using shower gel or soap. In fact, some dusts are hidden in cracks, for instance, inside of the nail, and some dusts have higher viscosity so that the dusts cannot be cleaned easily. In order to clean off all the dusts, cleaning products with rough surface must be applied, such as scrub sponge, shower ball and bath towel. In addition, the shower ball is the most popular product among families.

A conventional shower ball might be used to clean off the dead skin of a user, or be used to easily clean off the dusts on the skin of the user. The conventional shower ball comprises a band net and a string. The band net is folded again and again until the band net is formed as ball-shaped. Then, the string binds the middle part of the band net for preventing the band net unfolding.. Under this arrangement, the user pours the shower gel onto the conventional shower ball; then, the shower gel flows into the conventional shower ball through a net frame structure of the band net; thereafter, the user rubs the conventional shower ball against the skin thereof; finally, a plurality of bubbles is produced from the shower gel in the conventional shower ball via the said rubbing. Therefore, the user can smear the bubbles onto the skin thereof so as to clean the dusts on the skin thereof with the conventional shower ball.

However, the conventional shower ball still has two shortcomings as following:

Firstly, a surface of the band net of the conventional shower ball is rather rough so that the surface of the band net would fray the skin of the user when the user cleans the dusts on the skin thereof with the conventional shower ball.

Secondly, the conventional shower ball is usually made of nylon. As the experience, the sunlight would make the conventional shower ball deteriorate because the conventional shower ball is made of nylon. After the conventional shower ball deteriorates, the conventional shower ball would be wasted so that the wasted conventional shower ball would further become a pollutant to the environment.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantages of the conventional shower ball.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a shower ball.

To achieve the objective, a shower ball structure comprises a body, a bonder and an outer net, the body having a plurality of polyester fibers, the polyester fibers made of recycled PET bottles, the polyester fibers being intertwined, stacked or woven with each other so that the body is formed as band-shaped, the polyester fibers defining a plurality of grid members therebetween, the grid members uniformly located on the body, the outer net covering the body, the outer net and the body folded together again and again until the body with the outer net is formed as ball-shaped, the bonder tightly binding the middle part of the body with the outer net, because the polyester fibers are flexible, two sides of the body with the outer net being both fluffy so that the shower ball structure is formed as bow-shaped; wherein the outer net is nylon, recycled fiber or polyester; at least one band hanger is defined on the bonder; one end of the band hanger passes through a gap between the bonder and the outer net and is connected to another end of the band hanger; therefore, the body with the outer net is hanged on the outside well via the band hanger to be exposed to sunlight.

Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the shower ball structure of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the shower ball structure; and

FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of a body of the shower ball structure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a shower ball structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a body 1, a bonder 2 and an outer net 3.

The body 1 comprises a plurality of polyester fibers 11. The polyester fibers 11 are made of recycled PET bottles. The polyester fibers 11 are intertwined, stacked or woven with each other so that the body 1 is formed as band-shaped. The polyester fibers 11 define a plurality of grid members 12 therebetween. The grid members 12 are uniformly located on the body 1.

The outer net 3 covers the body 1. The outer net 3 and the body 1 are folded together again and again until the body 1 with the outer net 3 is formed as ball-shaped; thereafter, the bonder 2 tightly binds the middle part of the body 1 with the outer net 3; finally, two sides of the body 1 with the outer net 3 are both fluffy because the polyester fibers 11 are flexible. Therefore, the shower ball structure is formed as bow-shaped (The shape of the shower ball structure is not limited by the present invention).

Under this arrangement, a user pours the shower gel onto the body 1 of shower ball structure; then, the shower gel flows into the shower ball structure via the grid members 12 of the body 1; thereafter, the user rubs the shower ball structure against the skin thereof; finally, a plurality of bubbles is produced from the shower gel in the shower ball structure via the said rubbing. Therefore, the user can smear the bubbles onto the skin thereof so as to clean the dusts on the skin thereof with the shower ball structure of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3, the recycled PET bottles are used as the material to produce the polyester fibers 11 of the shower ball structure of the present invention. Firstly, the caps and the tags of the PET bottles are removed from the PET bottles, and the PET bottles are rinsed; secondly, the PET bottles are cut into pieces and are melted to be a melted material by heating; thirdly, the melted material is reshaped as the polyester fibers 11; finally, the polyester fibers 11 are further weaved with each other to form the body 1 and the body 1 is band-shaped. The polyester fibers 11 further have the following characteristics.

Firstly, the polyester fibers 11 of the present invention are made from the recycled PET bottles so that the present invention is conducive to reduce the waste.

Secondly, the polyester fibers 11 produced by the recycled PET bottles are nontoxic, safe and hard to wrinkle and tear. In addition, the costs of the polyester fibers 11 are rather cheaper.

Thirdly, the polyester fibers 11 have passed a certification of Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Furthermore, a material of the outer net 3 is selectable and the function of the shower ball structure is based on the material of the outer net 3. For instance, if the outer net 3 is made of nylon, the shower ball structure of the present invention would have a better cleansing performance; on the other hand, if the outer net 3 is made of recycled fiber or polyester, the surface of the shower ball is more smooth so that the user would feel comfortable when the user rubs the shower ball structure against the skin thereof (The outer net 3 is made of nylon, recycled fiber or polyester in the present invention, but the material for producing the outer net 3 is not limited by the present invention. For example, cotton, wool or other materials can also be used to produce the outer net 3.).

Referring to FIG. 1, the body 1 and the outer net 3 would retain water therein after shower so that mildews would grow after long term exposure with air because of the said retained water. In order to prevent the mildews from growing in the body 1 and the outer net 3, at least one band hanger 4 is defined on the bonder 2 so as to expose the body 1 and the outer net 3 to the sunlight after shower. One end of the band hanger 4 passes through a gap between the bonder 2 and the outer net 3 and is connected to another end of the band hanger 4. Under this arrangement, the body 1 and the outer net 3 can be hanged on the outside well to be exposed to sunlight (The method for connecting the band hanger 4 to the shower ball structure is not limited by the present invention. For example, fastening or gluing might be performed as the said method.).

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
