  • Publication number: 20230368950
Abstract: A packaging structure with a magnetocaloric material, comprising a substrate, a plurality of electrical connection structures, a die, and a sealing compound. A magnetocaloric material is added to the substrate. The die is electrically connected to the substrate through the electrical connection structures, and then encapsulated with the sealing compound. When the packaging structure is turned on, the magnetocaloric material in the substrate creates a magnetocaloric effect, which can not only take away the temperature of the packaging structure through magnetic refrigeration, but also increase the temperature difference between the packaging structure and the outside, thereby improving the efficiency of heat dissipation.

  • Publication number: 20230222448
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for managing projects in a content management system. For example, the content management system can create a project folder (e.g., shared folder) for managing data associated with a project. The project folder can be shared with content management system users (e.g., project members) who are contributors to the project. The content management system can store project data (e.g., content items, communications, comments, tasks, etc.) related to the project in the project folder. When the project folder is selected by a user, the content management system can generate a project folder view that presents the project data associated with the project folder and/or project in a convenient and easy to access graphical user interface. The content management system can aggregate project data from various content items associated with the project and present the project data in a single graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11663892
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud-based video monitoring system comprising a camera and a network video recorder (NVR). During operation, the camera stores in a buffer last predetermined temporal segment of a video. The camera also stores a first video file in a local storage corresponding to an event detected by the camera. This first video file is non-overlapping with a second video file corresponding to the event and this second video file is stored in the NVR. The camera generates a third video file by pre-pending last predetermined temporal segment of a video prior to the event to the first video file and sends the third video file to the NVR.

  • Publication number: 20230017955
Abstract: A system and method for cleaning a preclean process chamber in between wafer processing. The internal pressure of the preclean process chamber is reduced to a first pressure and a first gas that consists of oxygen and an inert or noble gas, is introduced into the chamber. Plasma is generated within the preclean process chamber using the first gas at the first pressure. Internal pressure is then reduced to a second pressure, less than the first, and the first gas is continued into the chamber. Plasma is then generated using the first gas at the second pressure. Thereafter, a second gas, consisting of an oxygen-free inert or noble gas, is introduced into the chamber at the second pressure, following which plasma is generated within the chamber using only the second gas.
