  • Patent number: 11072974
Abstract: A cordless roller shutter structure includes a roller shutter fixing seat, a sleeve controller, a tension adjuster and a shutter sheet locating unit. The sleeve controller is fitted in a sleeve and securely disposed on the roller shutter fixing seat. The shutter sheet is controlled to suspend downward or roll upward directly by means of pulling and releasing the lower weight of the shutter sheet without using the bead chain. A bearing is received in each of two collars so that the sleeve can more easily drive the shutter sheet to save strength. In addition, by means of the adjustment disc of the tension adjuster and the shutter sheet locating unit, the ascending/descending speed of the shutter sheet can be adjusted and the sunshade position of the shutter sheet can be locked. Accordingly, the utility and effect of the cordless roller shutter are enhanced.

  • Patent number: 10111551
Abstract: A holder structure for a control cord of a curtain for quickly fixing the seamless control cord or a bead chain. The holder is composed of a base seat, an outer cover and elastic members and fixed on a wall face or a floor by fixing members. The base seat and the outer cover are respectively formed with two perforations. Each perforation has a cord passage formed on the same axis. The holder structure is characterized in that a thin connection block is formed at an inner end of the cord slit of the base seat to block the cord slit. When holding the control cord, with respect to a bead chain with a connector, the thin connection block keeps blocking the cord slit. With respect to a seamless control cord, the thin connection block is cut apart to unblock the cord slit for holding the seamless control cord.

The base seat and the outer cover are respectively formed with two perforations. Each perforation has a cord passage formed on the same axis. When holding the control cord, the seamless control cord is directly passed through the cord passage of the outer cover into the perforation and then passed through the cord passage of the base seat into the perforation. Then, the elastic members push the outer cover to misalign the two perforations so as to hold the control cord and fully fix the control cord. Under such circumstance, the control cord is prevented from swinging or a child cannot play the control cord.

  • Patent number: 9347260
Abstract: A curtain controller capable of preventing pull cord from jumping away. The curtain controller is applied to a lower rail to prevent the pull cord from jumping away. The front end of the controller main body has a connection seat main body. A stopper bar is transversely rotatably connected with the connection seat main body. The stopper bar can be rotated to block or unblock the space above the pull cord winder so as to prevent the pull cord from jumping out of the pull cord winder and facilitate the winding of the pull cord on the pull cord winder. The pull cord winder is assembled with the controller main body by an inclination angle so as to lower the height of the pull cord winder. In this case, the curtain controller can be mounted on a lower rail to speed the assembling process.

  • Patent number: 8640762
Abstract: A blind slat controller with braking function for rotating and locating blind slats at a certain light obstruction angle. The blind slat controller includes and a base seat and a cord reel having a protruding push body. The push body serves to push a coiled spring to unbind or bind a hub section of the base seat, whereby the cord reel is permitted to rotate or is braked and prevented from rotating. When unbound, a slat control rod can be driven and rotated to control the rotational angle of the blind slats. After the blind slats are rotated to a predetermined light obstruction angle, the cord reel stops rotating. At this time, due to the coiled spring's own elasticity, the coiled spring is restored to again bind the hub section. Accordingly, the cord reel is prevented from rotating to locate the blind slats at the predetermined light obstruction angle.

  • Publication number: 20100147470
Abstract: A blind cord winder fixing structure including a fixing body, a shaft gear, a cord winder, a movable cover and a locating cover board having a central stem. The fixing body is composed of a first case body and a second case body mated with each other. Inner faces of the first and second case bodies are formed with complementary arced recesses, which together form a passage. A shaft rod is rotatably received in the passage. The shaft rod has a worm section engaged with the shaft gear. Lower sides of the first and second case bodies are respectively formed with projecting shafts fitted in a sleeve of the movable cover, which supports the cord winder. The stem of the locating cover board is received in a circular hole of the fixing body. The locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, whereby two arced bracket sections of two ends of the locating cover board can be moved into a blind rail rack and engaged therewith to fixedly locate the fixing body in the blind rail rack.
