BLIND CORD WINDER FIXING STRUCTURE
A blind cord winder fixing structure including a fixing body, a shaft gear, a cord winder, a movable cover and a locating cover board having a central stem. The fixing body is composed of a first case body and a second case body mated with each other. Inner faces of the first and second case bodies are formed with complementary arced recesses, which together form a passage. A shaft rod is rotatably received in the passage. The shaft rod has a worm section engaged with the shaft gear. Lower sides of the first and second case bodies are respectively formed with projecting shafts fitted in a sleeve of the movable cover, which supports the cord winder. The stem of the locating cover board is received in a circular hole of the fixing body. The locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, whereby two arced bracket sections of two ends of the locating cover board can be moved into a blind rail rack and engaged therewith to fixedly locate the fixing body in the blind rail rack.
The present invention is related to a blind cord winder fixing structure for fixedly locating a blind cord winder in a blind rail rack.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONIt is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a blind cord winder fixing structure including a fixing body. The fixing body is formed with a circular through hole. A central stem of a locating cover board is fitted through the circular hole of the fixing body. The locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, whereby two arced bracket sections of two ends of the locating cover board can be moved into a blind rail rack and engaged therewith to fixedly locate the fixing body in the blind rail rack. Therefore, the fixing body is restricted from moving within the blind rail rack.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above blind cord winder fixing structure in which upper end of the fixing body is formed with a protrusion for restricting the locating cover board from transversely moving.

The fixing body 1 is composed of a first case body 10 and a second case body 11, which are mated with each other. Inner faces of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are respectively formed with multiple fixing holes 104, 113. Threaded rods 105 can be screwed through the fixing holes 104, 113 to fixedly assemble the first and second case bodies 10, 11 with each other. Each of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 has an upper end, which is formed with a protrusion 100, 110 with smaller area. Upper walls of the protrusions 100, 110 are respectively formed with semicircular notches 102, 112, which are complementary to each other. When the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are assembled with each other, the semicircular notches 102, 112 together form a circular hole. In addition, upper sides of inner faces of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are respectively formed with shaft holes 101, 111 for accommodating the shaft gear 2 therein. A middle portion of the inner face of the second case body 11 is formed with arced recesses 102. A middle portion of the inner face of the first case body 10 is also formed with arced recesses (not shown) complementary to the arced recesses 102 of the second case body 11. When the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are mated with each other, the arced recesses together form passages. The cord winder 3 has a shaft rod 31 extending from a first side thereof. The shaft rod 31 has a worm section 30 and is rotatably received in the passages. Lower corners of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are respectively formed with inward projecting shafts 103, 11 opposite to each other. The movable cover 4 has a tail end formed with a sleeve 40. The projecting shafts 103, 115 are fitted in a central shaft hole 41 of the sleeve 40, whereby the movable cover 4 can be downward pivoted about the projecting shafts. Projections 114 respectively project from certain portions of outer faces of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 for blocking a gap between the cord winder 3 and the first and second case bodies 10, 11.
The shaft gear 2 is received in the shaft holes 101, 111 of the first and second case bodies 10, 11. The shaft gear 2 is formed with a central through hole 201 for a shaft to pass therethrough.
The shaft gear 2 has multiple gear teeth 20 annularly arranged on an outer circumference of the shaft gear 2. When the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are mated with each other, the gear teeth 20 and the worm section 30 of the shaft rod 31 of the cord winder 3 are positioned in the fixing body 1 and engaged with each other.
The shaft rod 31 with the worm section 30 extends from the first side of the cord winder 3. The cord winder 3 further has a cord reel 32 on a second side. A pull cord 6 is wound on the cord reel 32. The cord reel 32 has two disc sections 33, 34 on two sides respectively. The cord reel 32 is formed with a through hole 35 between the disc sections 33, 34 for fixing the pull cord 6 therein. Accordingly, the pull cord 6 can be fixed with the cord reel 32.
As aforesaid, the sleeve 40 is formed at the tail end of the movable cover 4 and has the central shaft hole 41. The projecting shafts 103, 115 of the first and second case bodies 10, 11 are fitted in the shaft hole 41. The movable cover 4 further has a support board 410 transversely extending from a lower end of the sleeve 40. The support board 410 is formed with through holes 42, 43 for two ends of the pull cord 6 to pass therethrough. A fixing board 44 is further formed under the support board 41. When installing the cord winder in the blind rail rack 7, the pull cord 6 is quickly wound on the cord reel 32 through a winding space above the cord winder 3. Then the pull cord 6 is passed through the through holes 42, 43 of the support board 41 of the movable cover 4. Then the pull cord 6 is passed through the fixing hole 72 of the blind rail rack 7. Claims
1. A blind cord winder fixing structure comprising:
- a fixing body including a first case body and a second case body corresponding to the first case body in configuration, inner faces of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with several fixing holes, whereby threaded rods can be screwed through the fixing holes to fixedly assemble the first and second case bodies with each other, upper walls of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with semicircular notches, which are complementary to each other, whereby when the first and second case bodies are assembled with each other, the semicircular notches together form a circular hole;
- a locating cover board having a stem downward extending from the locating cover board, the stem being fitted through the circular hole of the defined by the first and second case bodies, whereby the locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, two ends of the locating cover board being respectively formed with arced bracket sections, upper sides of the aced bracket sections being respectively formed with platforms;
- a shaft gear received in and positioned between two shaft holes formed on inner faces of the first and second case bodies, the shaft gear having multiple gear teeth;
- a cord winder including a shaft rod having a worm section and a cord reel having two disc sections on two sides, the shaft rod extending from one of the disc sections, the worm section of the shaft rod being engaged with the gear teeth of the shaft gear; and
- a movable cover having a sleeve and a support board horizontally extending from a lower end of the sleeve, the sleeve having a shaft hole, lower sides of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with projecting shafts, the projecting shafts being fitted in the shaft hole of the sleeve, the stem of the locating cover board being received in the circular hole of the fixing body to prevent the locating cover board from detaching from the fixing body, the locating cover board being horizontally rotatable to fixedly engage and locate the fixing body in a blind rail rack.
2. The blind cord winder fixing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a stopper section with larger diameter is formed at a bottom end of the stem of the locating cover board.
